I would rate this lower if that was a possibility. I attempted to make a withdraw from their atm but when it prompted me to take my card so continue transaction the machine went black and shut down. I called the number on the website and the representative told me because I didn't have an account with them they wouldn't do anything to help me and refused my request to send out a tech to address the issue. The reason I no longer have an account with them is because they closed my account for not making any deposits within a 3 month period...I didn't even know that was a stipulation when I had opened the account...extremely disgusted with this company

Moriah, the manager, is a great example of a power trip.I showed up 20 minutes early to my appointment, a woman named Moriah lied to my face and told me my appointment was an hour ago. She didn't check for errors or anything, and told me to reschedule. I came back with proof that my appointment was at 11, and THEN she tries to open an account for me. My appointment was with CHEYENNE, who was not busy. What a joke. I also knew someone who worked here for a long time(they told me not to go here by the way), I've heard many stories about this Moriah lady. She will cancel your appointments whenever she feels like it. She is also openly discriminatory so I suspect that is why I was lied to about my appointment, and why I wasn't allowed to see Cheyenne, even though she was not seeing anybody. I feel bad for the new person working there, I'm sure she's getting many things pinned on her.A change in management is needed, until then, go anywhere else.

Cave junction branch -10Recent experience opening an account...was like asking a bunch of teenagers to clean there rooms. Straight up refusal to open new account bank was not busy only one customer in drive through. Had to ask manager to do it , and she did but couldn't figure out proper procedures had to keep calling people and when I left it still wasn't right. Still have not received an email or phone call confirming anything as promised.This bank needs to be retrained and loose the teenie boppers and stop trying to be artificially happy .The older lady Denise I think her name.is should be the one running the place that woman knows what she's doing.

The staff is lovely and customer service is great. :) I do wish there were MORE employees in the lobby area though, as lines can get long.

Shelly and the girls at the Cave Junction branch are amazing. You are always greeted with a smile. I recently had an issue with a check writer and they help me solve the situation like the professionals they are. Thanks for making banking with WaFed such a great experience.

All I wanted was some change. Had to fill out form with more personal info than I Like to share. After waiting for the stuck up teller for about 5 minutes as she typed away on her computer I finally gave up and left still wanting some change to do my laundry. I was not a customer of the bank but really, all I wanted was to turn a 5 dollar bill into quarters. Never do business with people like this.

Want way too much personal info to cash a check written by The City of Cave Junction and drawn on them. They don't need to know who I work for or what I do just to cash a check DRAWN ON THEM.

Came in to exchange the denomination of some currency. Andwas rudely told that if I didn't have an account with them they wouldn't do it. Living in a small town with this as the only financial establishment one would think they would be kind and treat locals better. But I don't believe that they care about customers . So I drove to Grants Pass went to a different bank and they were more than happy to exchange currency denominations. It didn't matter if I had an account with them or not. I have also only heard negative things about WAFD so in the future even though it's a pain to make a 60 mile round trip to use a bank with true customer service I will drive to GP for my banking needs
