Went there because I usually go to the other Central Point laundromat. I will say that the washers were cheaper $2 load. But your dryers suck The other ones are super hot and wonderful at the other Central Point laundromat so I'll go back there I thought I'd give you guys a chance but the dryer suck sorry.

I paid $4.50 to wash my clothes. It took $8 to try to dry my clothes. I left with still wet clothes. This place is a con. This place is a rip-off. I will never go there again. I'd rather drive to Medford, to pay less money.

I go here quite a bit. I've never had any issues with the machines or the neighborhood. In fact it's the one place I actually don't mind having to go. Everyone is always friendly or stays to themselves. Until they decide to close this one 24 hour place down I will more then likely be doing my laundry there till I can't anymore.

My clothes were literally stolen out of the dryer while I was outside waiting for them to be done.Everything I own was in there, including my work clothes. My absolute worst experience at a laundromat ever.

I would give it negative stars if that was a possibility. I've always liked coming to this laundromat. Because it's cheap and your clothes come out clean. Well, that was what I used to believe so. I watched 5 loads of laundry because my washer's broken and the very last load. I went to take out of the washer stunk worse than when I put it in. So I had to rewash a load of laundry. Horrible, I will never come back here. I'll go to the 1 other 1 in Central point. It's not worth wasting money and getting dirtier stinky clothes than before you came, ended up wasting money I didn't have. Also alot of the washers and dryers are broken NO THANK YOU

The only reason i give this 3 stars is because its open 24 hours. There is no restroom because if vandalism from all the homeless people. Just be aware 9 times out of 10 they will be there. Some sleep under tables, or sleep on them. Most are ok but I have had issues with them stealing items so always lock your car and be aware of your surroundings. I used to really like this place but now it's just gross?

Dirty! Over half of the machines were out of order, some without signs saying so. No sinks and bathroom was locked

For the past 5 to 6 years I have come to need a 24 hour laundry facility for a few reasons. Everytime I have been in need this place has been open and relatively empty for the most past. It's always been neat and tidy and never have I had any issues with any of the equipment or machines. Any of the other customers I've encountered have been quite friendly and many times I've had lengthy interesting conversations and see that most of the customers keep watch out for others laundry so it's not stolen. The gentleman that collects the money from the machines in the morning could use a bit of a class for politeness and friendliness that's for sure. Probably my only complaint, ?Love that they are open 24/7//365 a year.Hope that doesn't change!

This place is total trash. Most of the machines are broken, dirty and smelly. Coin exchange is out of order, no soap, machines eat you coins and no response on the text line for help. Transients flowing in and out of the bathroom. I left without even being able to wash my clothes and lost 20$ in quarters to broken machines. The owners should be ashamed of themselves.

This is a bare-bones laundry. If you want to sit down, bring a chair. It is clean, which is something and the cash machine seems to work. The dryers in particular work very well. We have laundry facilities where I live but the washing and drying process costs six dollars, and quite often your laundry isn't dry after one cycle. These dryers work quickly and the heat choices work. The cost here is great. It used to cost me $60 a month to wash my clothes where I live. I can do it here for $24. The attendant is personable, and a good worker. The machines that don't work are clearly marked. You do have to sit in your car or wander around while your clothes are washing and drying. That's not a big deal. In the summertime we can sit outside on the benches in the parking lot. Like I said, this place is bare bones.

Visiting from out if town. 2 machines took my money and didn't do a darn thing, which means I'm here for an additional hour.Tried the contact number and they are not accepting messages. Evidently having a gold mine in a laundromat means you can get lazy. If you don't want to maintain it, sell it to someone who will.Even the change machine shorted me by 50 cents. Glad to know this review is being seen.
