I've done business with this establishment for almost 20 years buy most of my gas from them an today there employees where very rude to me I went in to buy two rc colas the sign said buy one so much buy two $ 3.50 they rang it up an said I owed $4.20 I the sign says $3.50 plus deposit it should have been $3.70 I'm so tired of establishments with lazy employees that can't change signs an dont oner prices there a bunch of crooks period...

I was a employee for a whole year and this place is trash I stuck it out because it’s a job but pay is trash the new manager doesn’t even work a full shift but expect everyone else to cover shift that she won’t lol you will never get a raise this company doesn’t care about its employees my brother got robbed at gun point and still had to work the next day this company doesn’t care management is trash and the people above that are also non caring trash aswelll this company is corrupt

I had a great experience here at 4am 11/27- got a ton of caffeine for a reasonable price, the gas attendant and store clerk with both fast and polite.

Been stopping occasionally for years because it's convenient. Paying $23.99 for the 12 pack of beer that I prefer because I don't like to shop around. Happened to be at Walgreens and noticed they sell the same 12 pack for $15.99. I will not shop at Astro again. Don't appreciate being gouged!Also employees inside are rude! At the pumps have always been great.

Always advertise lower prices that what ring up. Won't adjust the price to what tag says and also don't change the price after they are made aware. Very rude and condescending! I bought 3 items and each one rang up at $1.50 above price tag. Said nothing they can do. Been like this last 3 trips there! Won't be back. Very Very rude! Especially the Manger lady that's short heavy set with dark hair that's worked there for years!

I simply asked a question why an item may have ranged up different than what it actually cost. And the opening manager lost her cool. Flipped out and said I had an attitude. Because I said "why" Very Disgusting customer service. Go back to bed or don't be an opening manager. Have you tried more coffee!! Clearly she's very unprofessional when it comes to common respect for people and doesn't know how to communicate with people . The rest of the team is very helpful. Don't continue to work at a job you're miserable at. 👎

Just stopped into get some smokes and I was under the impression that masks were optional for the vaccinated but the clerk mind you she was rather rude said that No mask no entry well thats great if you require me to wear a mask then you should provide it in my opinion and loose the nasty attitude its unnecessary especially when your running a business honey there are over a dozen other stores that have respectable employees that are not rude and Word of mouth is a powerful tool ?
