I stopped here to take a shower and grab a bite to eat at the Taco Bell attached to the convenience store. Before I got in the shower I had a hard time opening the door so I asked the janitor for some assistance and he didn't even try to help me he just said "something is going on here" and walked away. I went outside because I forgot something and he proceeded to tell me hurry up and get in the shower! The nerve of some people is off the hook so I told him nicely to mind his own business and he responded with just hurry up and get out! I try not to let things bother me so so I kept quiet. Once I was done in the shower I always clean up after myself to reduce the amount of work on the clean up workers because I was a janitor myself back in the day. After eating at Taco Bell I was standing outside to let my food digest when the same janitor came outside and called me a thief because I had my cell phone plugged into an outlet that was outside of the building! And then he lied and said that the incredibly nice manager lady kicked me out of the store when all I got from her was a smile and a hello! Now that really made me upset this guy is senile, clearly delusional, and way too emotionally and mentally unstable to even hold the SMALLEST position in a convenience store gas station.

Very rude idk if there was something in there air or what but the three different employees I spoke to this morning were just rude and not professional. Like the gas attendant I went to hand him cash and he throws his hands up and says no I can't take that. And so I said it's okay no big deal I can just walk it to the register. I get to the register and two lovely employees older woman and an older man clearly in the middle of a personal conversation and they both turned to me and treated me as if I was impeading their time I said oh is your register not open and he said no it is and raised his eyebrows in a rude manner as if to say "what do you want". All three of these employees were more than twice my age, I just got off of a 12hr overnight shift and I still have a better attitude than these sad people.

I was there on Sunday driving through from a weekend trip. We stopped to get some gas, which was filled by the attendant. When we got home (stopped again), we realized that the gas cap was not put back onto the car. My car has a locking cover to get to the gas cap itself, and we were driving the whole time so no one else could have gotten to it. So $60 for a new gas cap and $90 for a fill. Not worth it. I understand things happen, but this really sucks. My suggestion would be to pay a little more per hour for adults instead of exploiting these poor high school students/"attendant's". Also, for how big this gas station is, you should probably have more than two. Maybe then, little forgetful moments like this, wouldn't happen.

Nice little stop. The shower took quite a while to get cleaned and I was first in line. Plenty of parking if you get there early enough.

Doesn’t understand that they need to make accommodations, for people that have a medical condition, and cannot wear masks, or face shields.
Also refused to give me my $9 change back from getting gas. Apparently the employees like to steal from the customers as well.

Pilot station is fine. And actually they were nice and helpful once I got treated horribly by the little twit working for Cinnabon. I wanted to buy two six packs of cinnamon buns. It clearly is offered on their menu for $13.99. But they told me they could not sell me. 6pack for that price. They would only sell me a six pack for $3.89 a cinnamon roll. But if I wanted to go next door to the pilot area I could buy them there if there was any left. Pilot awesome. Cinnamon sucked. Their customer service was awful! And the little twit working the counter was not nice about it at all! So if you want to buy a cinnamon roll from pilot your in luck if they have them. If you want to buy one from Cinnabon. Bring the bank cause there will break you!

If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would! Every time I go into this subway the older lady makes a mess of a sandwich, it falls apart every single time and makes a huge mess of mustard and toppings everywhere. I usually push it to the side and don't complain, today she asked me what was wrong so I decided I would finally explain I was a little frustrated about the sandwich as I never have a problem anywhere else.... I'm not exaggerating when I tell you this woman started hysterically laughing in my face, telling me I was wrong. That's when the younger lady behind her decided to chime in with "oh, whatever". Never have I had such poor customer service, I've worked in the food service industry and would have been let go for this kind of inappropriate behavior. It's unfortunate that this is obviously condoned and looked past. This is the closest lunch option to my job so I frequent here daily. I've been charged double multiple times as well. I'm always kind and never would have said anything if I knew I was going to be mocked by your employees. I will now be driving the extra distance for lunch to avoid such poor customer service. Any other place would take what I said and tried to make the sandwich better, not here. So I will be taking my business to a place that knows the value of customers & good customer service. I hope for everyone else's sake you guys teach your employees better customer service because it is SERIOUSLY LACKING. I mean I just got my lunch here at around 11:30 on Tuesday Jan. 21 2020 so this shift probably needs to be talked to Kayden Henrie

Rude employees. Was getting some coffee and as I was putting on the lid an employee came over and stared at me until I got out of her way so she could get her own coffee. Because saying "excuse me" is so hard. Also I think it's pathetic that the Taco Bell can't sub pico for cheese without charging for 1. when they use to sub free of charge and for 2. when the White City one can sub...free of charge. Then when I pay extra for pico they skimp on it. Wtf?! Oh well at least I have better options by going to other locations.

150 dollar pre authorization? And it shows up as a separate transaction? Yeah ok sounds sketchy. Also their management says it's my card, I call my card and they say that's pilot (not my card) validating the card and nothing to do with them. I get shown an image supposedly explaining this. I have attached a picture of what they showed me. It does not say that they do a 151 dollar pre authorization, that's not what those words mean. Those words mean I can't get more than 150 dollars in gas. Hire better management that can graciously explain their policy and not treating people like idiots.
