Quality service at a fair price. Just had a Banks Monster Ram-Air Intake installed. Rich quoted me a very fair price and there wasn’t any of this upsell garbage retro get me to add on something I didn’t need. They are busy so you will likely need to leave a message and Rich will call you back.

To all who may consider Automotion, please read: For 15 years, Rich, McCoy, owner of Automotion, did all repairs and care for my niche automotive business. Thousands of dollars per month, every month. All total, nearly 500 vehicles. I'm in my 60's and was born and raised in Oregon by a genius mechanic, shop owner. Rich is one of only 2 other mechanics I've experienced (of possibly 100) in my life in the auto industry who I consider to be a genius mechanic! I figure there are 3 critical traits that matter when picking a mechanic: honesty; ability/talent; fair price. He is absolutely at the very top measurement of each of those 3 traits! 10 of 10, 5 of 5, 100%. My wife and I moved with our small business to Arizona 6 years ago. We still look forward to having Rich handle anything with our vehicles when we visit the Rogue Valley. Pick Rich McCoy and Automotion. There is no better choice, anywhere!

I decided to give this business a try based on their exceptionally good customer reviews. I was not disappointed. The clutch replacement on my Toyota Tacoma saved me $$$ compared to local dealership prices. Automotion's reputation for trust, reliability and straight shooting is well deserved.

They took a look at my car and determined nothing was wrong with it - I walked away without being charged. I know most places would've charged me for the time to look over it and drive it. I appreciate the ease of mind knowing my car was thoroughly checked and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I will be returning if my vehicle has issues in the future!

I am SO pleased with the service and value that I received at AutoMotion! I had previously received a quote from a different shop that said it would be almost NINE THOUSAND dollars to fix the AC in my Tahoe, basically needing to replace the entire system. I was prepared to just trade in my SUV for a minivan at that price. But I am so glad that I decided to get a second opinion from Rich. He was able to quickly pinpoint the problem, and had the repair done fast and for just a tiny fraction of that other shop's bid. I highly recommend this shop! Thank you guys!

I couldn't ask for a more honest place to do business. I brought my car in for brake replacement. Not only did I get my car back the same day, but parts and labor were also half the original quote. I appreciate not being upsold on parts (and ultimately labor) that did not need to be replaced. I will be doing business with automation again.Service: Brakes

Stopped in on a Friday around 4:30pm with a chirping sound in my Corvette. There was a plastic bag wrapped around the idler pulley. Chad said let me take a look at it. He jumped right in, removed my pulley, got the plastic off the pulley and put it back together. No more chirping! He did this on a Friday late afternoon and really didn’t have to. Only charged me a half hour shop time. Great guy, great employee! They have earned ALL of my future business and many more referrals. Thank you again Chad.
