Vanessa and Dr. Bliss have finally given us the answers we were looking for. Our fur baby, Lu, had eye inflammation with no explanation. They gave us all the information needed to be able to finally find relief for Lulu. They helped us make the best decision for her. They were unable to save her left eye, she was already fully blind. We did a full removal in hopes to save her right eye. She was born with a hole in both of her retinas. Her left eye progressed faster at only 4 years old. We have a plan moving forward to save her right eye. Thank you, Dr. Bliss and team for all your knowledge and kindness during this difficult time for us. We are appreciate you, all.

First of all, if you want a specialist, be prepared for this to be a learning place. And they're gonna give you an intern first. Don't ask why because they're gonna act like you have no reason to ask questions. The intern is gonna walk out of the room because you ask Her what she's doing and then the specialist. Is going to tell you that there is no way to actually test for sure if it's an autoimmune disease on your dog. Etc. This place does not Have any capability of actually do an any real diagnostic testing to tell you the diagnosis of your animal's eye problem. And then they're gonna act like you're a jerk. Because you don't want them to muzzle your dog Who has never shown any signs of aggression to anyone or any other animal in her entire life. In my opinion, if an animal has never shown, any aggression shows aggression to a vet, then they are the problem, not the dog and my dog didn't do anything. She just needed some reassurance and the vet didn't want to do that. The vet acted like it was a big deal to get to know the dog and to give the dog attention before she just came at her with the all her testing equipment. The vet acted like I should trust her after she put an intern in there first when I traveled from another state to see this specialist and was given an intern. I was treated like a jerk because her intern got up abruptly after I asked her if my dog was gonna be examined by her and the specialist. Because my dog has a hard time with strangers coming at her with things. She's not aggressive. She's unsure of objects coming at her. And I'm supposed to trust the specialist after she just automatically wants to muzzle a dog. No, then the dog will be a problem for future vets. When you put muzzles on dogs, they tend to remember that especially when they didn't deserve it.

I could not be happier with the care my elderly dog received from Dr. Bliss and her staff. Her care is not one-size-fits-all - instead she listens, evaluates and adapts to provide the care that is best for the animal and their human. I'm very appreciative and my dog's eye is in great shape!

Dr Bliss cares a lot about animals. She deals with pain in the butt clients like myself with high anxiety that make her job harder, just to give our pets the best treatment possible. She goes above and beyond to provide the best care to our pets, not worrying about herself, or the extra work, time, and attention some clients like myself end up needing from her. With my million questions, calls and emails, I fully expected her to tell me she's not interested in doing surgery for my girl Lena, but instead, she is being patient and kind with me because she wants to help Lena to be able to see again. She also is not afraid to tell you how it is, and I really appreciate the honesty. I don't mean to be so anxious and annoying to her or her staff, I just have lots of questions and concerns because my girl is 15.5 years old with a heart condition. Thank you Dr Bliss and staff for dealing with unintentional high maintenance people. No matter the outcome, I know you are doing your best to accommodate us and I really appreciate all the time and care you have given us. Sincerely, Rhiannon and Lena.

They were very caring. They did a thorough exam of her eyes. Recommended a less aggressive approach and then to come back in 6 months to see how shes doing. The staff was very friendly. You wait in your car to be called. They take you straight into a room that enters from outside, and you exit out the same door. Very safe method for your pet. They also recommend places to see, as we are out of state. They also provide hotel discounts for the area.

They have gave a puppy Bear very good care. He had surgery done on his eye and could see out both eyes after the Surgery. Now he has Glucoma with swelling behind the eyes which is very painful, we’re hoping medication they prescribed will help the eye and it seems to be better cause Bear is not scratching the eye near as bad

Absurdly expensive. $7,000 for a double cataract surgery and assorted exams? No thank you. Don't waste your time.
