I didn’t purchase a car myself however my fiance did and we met with Kelly @ the central point location. He was absolutely a delightful man, not your average salesman.. very kind and far from pushy.. he really wanted to help my fiancé get the truck of his dreams and did at a great price and did so much more for him just to get him into it.If I could turn back time and have gone to him for my previous car purchase I would. Thank you Kelly you’re amazing!

Posting again cause they deleted the first.
So started my deal 3/2/25 gage was super uncommunicative. Took 3 days to even get pre approval.
Mind you l've sold cars. I get it happens. By 3/6/25 l had called and left a message Explaining I felt I was being blown off which was completely understandable considering I never got called back or any communication.
Come 3/8/25 we had complete approval. Drove 2.5 hours to finally get the car I wanted
On the test drive found out the stereo didn't work oh well.
While I was in the bath room my girlfriend was talking to him about dropping the price a little bit and his response was I don't have to do that (which is correct and totally fine) then proceeded to say because of the way I talked to him on the phone which wasn't in any way other than explaining why I felt blown off. But he didn't have the professionalism to communicate that to the man of the deal not his girlfriend. So I called him out on it and he got all huffy puffy. Then decided he didn't want to fill the tank. Which is petty considering the distance we came for the car and the little issues it has which were not disclosed. He also claimed to be the owner of the business which I realized he is not. His dad is the owner.
So to me and the whole situation he's an entitled child trying to fill daddy's shoes.

The whole crew at Bowmans Choice is wonderful, fun loving, and transparent. Our Family has bought all our vehicles from them and upgraded our current vehicles with trade in. They worked on finding a payment that was manageable and have multiple reputable loan companies they work with. Supporting a local business is easy with Bowmans Choice!

Had an absolutely terrible experience yesterday. The owner was very unprofessional. We signed a document stating a deal to be made on a car and they pulled our credit and came back with an increased 50$ a month payment than what was promised. They are not men of their word or honest. I am very upset I got a credit pull and was not given the deal that was discussed. I will not do business with them again. Wasted our time and we wouldn’t have had to have a credit pull if they just said the deal wasn’t going to be able to happen. They were just trying to wear us out, using that as a tactic thinking we would cave.

I never leave reviews for anything, but wanted to share my experience here. This was my first time ever financing a vehicle and I have to say that it was a pleasure working with Bowman’s to make it happen. Rob was honest and considerate and there was never any added pressure to make a deal. They even let me test drive the vehicle myself and take it where I wanted which was a huge plus for me! Overall, the service was great, the environment calm and friendly, and all my questions/concerns were answered honestly. I had the exact experience I was looking to have in financing a vehicle and I am glad I chose Bowman’s rather than a large dealership. I highly recommend Bowman’s Choice Auto if your in the market for a great used vehicle!!

They are very Unprofessional. They tell you yes on a vehicle get your hopes all up gets all the paper work done let's you drive the thing and then called you up and tells you oh we can't sell you a vehicle because you associate with some one that don't like because they sold a faulty car to this person and that person brought it back and was still paying on it but then stopped because they took the car but just because you associate with some one shouldn't matter.
They guy flat out told me to get the f off his property because I associate with some one and not to come back.
Don't buy from them they are crooks and falty car dealership.
They Discriminate, you do the fact that you are associating with somebody they don't like. The will discriminate you even if you just walk through there door.

Flat out refused to do business with us because we associate with someone who made them mad. That's discrimination and bad business practices.we are not that person. Grow up. And quit the elementary school garbage. We will be filing a lawsuit. Pretty sure they called other dealers and put us on a blacklist too.

I will highly recommended to get a car from this place. Go see Rob . He helped me get into a nice used car when all of the other car place told me no. Rob help me with their in house financing . My payment are low each month if you are honest with them they will try to work with you, so you can drive away in a used car.I got my car a few months back from the sale team in central point. They are all amazing THANK YOU

We came from Klamath Falls because we wernt able to find what we needed. We worked with Rob and could not have been more happy. Coolest car saleman ever.. He was so patient with all of our questions and had excellent communication. Highly recommend.
