Reto is a true craftsman and very good at working with customers. I spoke with him about a rifle before I deployed to Afghanistan, without any of my business he sent me a care package in country. When I returned I asked him to build a rifle. Over the entire process of the build he kept me informed and was very patient with my payment schedule (I deployed a second time and money doesn't move around the world quick). As long as Reto is building guns if I am looking to have one built I will call him, period.
