Instead of no stars, or -1 star, i wish i would have never been to your dealership. Wow, what an experience that i hope I'll never have to go through again. The lights on the dash stayed the same after taking down my 1 star review. At least you tried, I think 🤔, it doesn't really matter, the inconvenience Clyde Motors cost me for a discounted vehicle. I still continue to work on these lights myself.

I bought my Escalade from them 4 years ago and not only were they amazing to work with, especially for a first time car buyer, but my car is still working and I tell as many people as I can to go here. I'm even going to get my kids their first cars here.

Recently got into a pickle when my fiancés work truck broke down. Luckily we found a nice diesel over at Clyde Moore Auto. Great selection of used vehicles. Gary was super helpful and got everything done and finalized for us quick and smoothly. This place is highly recommended. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, check this place out first! Bought a 2012 Ford focus. It was unusable due to poor electrical work in less than 2 weeks.
The mechanic laughed when I told him I bought the car from you guys and said he's had to work on a lot of cars from you.
You guys scammed a family out of $5000 that we can't really afford to lose.
Currently the car is going into a mechanic for the 4th time and clyde moore offers no help.
You guys are disappointing. I know used car salesman have a reputation for being predatory, so I shouldn't be surprised.

Sold my family an absolute lemon. Already spent over $1000 on repairs and it's still not running.

I recently purchased a new to me 2015 dodge ram with low miles and in great shape. My car buying process was made very easy, I got a fast reply anytime i reached out, fast approval, exceptional customer service, not pushy at all very personable ?. At first, the customer service seemed really great and I could tell the gentleman who was helping me out really cared about helping me find a good car. When things switched over to the manager though, I was extremely disappointed. Not only was he very patronizing towards me, but within the first week, the car he sold me came up with the check engine light and a few other alerts.
When I took it back to their auto shop (per their advice/request) they claimed to have fixed my catalytic converter for free, which is a $1400 value. I thought this was very kind of them, until my check engine light came on a month later. I took it to another shop who told me that the catalytic converter hadn't been fixed OR replaced, like they said. Now I need to pay $1400 for repairs when the car itself cost $5000. Given their deception, this place feels like a scam. I am so disappointed with their service and will not be coming back.
EDIT since I'm not sure how to reply: Yes, I'm positive it was this place. I bought this car under my married name (Oakden) on 8/27/22. Del was great with customer service.
