Always late, unprofessional and don’t know how to follow directions. But at least I got my freight. The fedex ground is much worse!

My package was at the center for 2 days, they were not delivering it! First lady wouldn't let me come pick it up. Thankfully I called the next day an a nice gentleman brought it to my car. Make sure your delivery directions are clear
