Recent signature delivery was hours before scheduled time so I missed it, package pick up at a location for grants pass is closed before 5pm. How does that partnership make sense FedEx? give us an option for missed pick up after 5pm. Now I have to wait another day and hope to time the delivery right while missing work.

I won't even give them a one waited four weeks for a package and they lost it , dropped off in Stockton,CA, not even close to siskiou county, did get refunded by parts company total incompetent

Got a door tag saying no one was home. Crazy because I was literally watching the delivery guy opened his van, looked through all the packages he has & probably didn’t see mine then he walked down to my gate & slapped a door tag saying nobody was there to receive it. Not their first time doing it. So I tried calling their phone number & it just goes to automated answering machine & there is no way to call any representative.

Got a failed delivery attempt notification saying nobody was home. I have cameras in my driveway pointed towards the street in addition to all entrances of my home. Guess what? No Fed Ex truck ever even drove by my house, nobody magically appeared at my doors, AND I work from home, so actually was home, and so were my husband and kids! I do not appreciate lazy delivery drivers or liars. Very disgusted!

Incredible! I am grateful to Michael Angelo for going above and beyond to get my king sized mattress upstairs for me — I am not sure what I would have done without his kindness and help. I am lucky that Michael is the one who delivers my mail, he made my day! 😁

Had an electric motorcycle dropped off today, my husband wasn't here to help get it into the house. The fed ex guy was so wonderful, he helped me get it up the stairs and into the house. It was also a tricky drop off as we live in a pretty busy street. He rocked it. Real nice and professional.
