Customer service from the folks at Ferrellgass has been amazing. I bought a house in the country a year ago and knew nothing about propane service. Ferrell helped me get thru a rough year of learning the ins and outs of living far away from town. From the office staff to the delivery drivers the service has been top notch. I highly recommend them to everyone I know needing propane.

I stopped in your Medford office to purchase an additional propane tank. The woman that waited on me was rude and condescending to me. She finished her attack by sending me to your competition. It's my hope you can survive her. i know you won't miss my business. But others may make a difference to you. Good luck!

I've been with Ferrellgas 15 plus years and have had great service. I joined them because at the time they had good prices. That seems to have changed though. My recent purchase was 4.78 gallon even though gas prices are in the 3.50 range. I am making the decision to go with another company whose prices are about 75 cents per gallon less.

Ferrell Gas did not have anyone employed at the service station who could fill my tanks & also could not tell me when they would have hired someone so that I could have my tanks filled, so I asked to close my account & have my funds refunded. I confirmed my address with them & waited over a week for my refund check. Still without gas or my refund, I called & they had somehow sent it to the wrong address, even though I confirmed it with them upon closing my account. Instead of canceling the check & letting me pick up a new one they asked to call me back several times while they talked about my situation. Apparently they HAD LIED about sending a check out in the 1st place & said that my funds couldn't be sent to me, but instead would be refunded to the pledge which was fine, but this is after already forcing me to go without gas or a refund for over a week & the lies & games they're playing with a customer when they are the ones who are at fault for not having an employee to even fill my tanks is all just insanity! I am in disbelief at how horribly I've been treated & the situations I've been forced into due to their lack of qualified employees to fill tanks & lack of qualified administrative staff to help me rather than telling me lies & causing me more bs & delays when all I wanted from them is to FILL MY TANKS! this is just not acceptable! Who does business like this?! Uts just shocking the way they've responded to me when THEY do not have the necessary staff to operate & have caused me to go without gas or the ability to power & heat my trailer for over a week already & as of right now, I still have no resolution, gas or refunded money to get this fixed so i can get my tanks filled elsewhere! Im so upset with this situation they've caused me & justvwant everyone to know to use another company if possible because Ferrell Gas is dishonest & obviously incapable to top it all off!

My elderly mother smelled gas and was worried. We looked online and read to call your local gas company if you smell gas and that has checks were free for safety reasons but repairs would be a cost. Ferrell gas cams out for 20 min and checked two items and now wanted to charge my mother $310 dollars for that. Horrible!!!

Jen from Customer Service was so wonderful, got back to me that day and was so helpful with all my needs. She was able to get ahold of the delivery guys and make the process go very smooth. I am so grateful for her and I will be a forever customer for you guys. Thank you for your awesome service, there is not a lot of service companies that are nice anymore.

I own my tanks one for the shop and one for my house and ( I need to plow snow if needed ) you did have the best price this year but it is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a real person to have a date for delivery your customer service is COLD AND SUCKS Gary
