1st of all the guys were super nice, very helpful. I didn't feel the tension at Hardcastle's, as I did at the trailer place just up the road. I won't recommend them.
Hardcastle's heck yes..100% recommend them.

Stopped by to look at trailers and found trailers that were way more expensive than the competition just half a mile down the street. Not to mention, the salesman only came out after we were leaving the lot, never approached us while I was shopping.

Randy is a great guy. He took the time to explain to me detail about the trailer I got from him, even with my bad English.I had the need to storage the trailer I got and he hold it for me for seeeveral days. great service highly recommended

Five stars is not enough for Hardcastle's! I would give them 10/5, if I could! We attempted to purchase a trailer first at TrailersPlus, and were met by bright orange cones and rude sales people! We went right down the road to Hardcastle's, which we had never heard of before that day, and were able to pull right onto the lot and walk around. Mr. Hardcastle himself came up to us and asked us, very politely, if we needed any help, no pressure, no attitude. Long story short, we purchased the exact enclosed trailer that we wanted, with all the extras we need!I highly recommend Hardcastle's for all your trailer needs! We will definitely be returning customers!

These guys are AWESOME, we were having trouble with the trailer brakes (like no brakes) I called around to all the rv places and they were all booked up, I called Hardcastle and they were having a short break between customers and said to bring it in, drop it off and they'll get to it....The young man working on it called about an hour into it and explained his findings so far and wanted to know if I wanted him to continue and a rough estimate so far.We were traveling through so he continued.About 2 hours later we pulled in for an update and I'll be damned he was almost done with the 3 axles and 6 new brakes (because he showed us our POS old ones) and explained all that he had to do.I'm telling you this guy is fantastic and I will recommend Hardcastle to everyone who has a trailer all the way back to Eastern NV.I can not express how much they did for us to get back on the road that same day.
