Great, smooth application process. Very clear and understandable. There was a problem with saying the unit had A/C during the property visit, but ended up not having A/C once I met with the Landlord and agreement was signed. But overall was a good experience.

Integrity Property management was honestly the most perfect landlord experience I’ve ever had. After owning my own homes for over 15 years, I got a divorce and needed a rental quickly. I had not rented in so long but Evan and Integrity made it so stressless. Everything from the ease of application, to their responsiveness in communication and once I was in a rental they were so nice and easy to work with. Any repair that needed to happen they were prompt and on top of it. I had a year lease and when I moved out I followed their move out instruction and received all my deposit back. I would recommend them to anyone! Great company!

I interviewed several property managment companies and spoke with many members of the community before meeting with Integrity Property Management. They have been very responsive to questions. I appreciate their guidelines in protecting my investment. Couldn't recommend more.

We had to do an eviction and after 30 years of honest tenants we were at a loss as how to begin the eviction process. Integrity Property Management was recommended by SORA. Evan contacted us and advised us of our first steps to take. During the entire process Evan was there for the answers and help we needed to get them evicted.
Rather than to go through the effort to find new tenants we decided to use Integrity.
We couldn't have found ones any better than if we'd picked them ourselves.
Thank you Evan, your hard work and time was appreciated.

Great company they got back to me super fast and had keys ready in the timeframe that they provided. which I chose over the weekend on the second business day from the time I put in the deposit and payment. Great home and their website is easy to use.
