I see all the good reviews. I must’ve Caught them on a bad day. One of them was really irritated and grumpy and the other one ignored me. I ended up going clear across town and buying a battery somewhere else.

I brought my battery in and after 45 months it was dead. So they gave me a $57 prorated refund which I used to purchase a new one for $156 instead of the full price of $213. I have only purchased interstate car batteries since 1992 and have never been disappointed. The owner of Interstate batteries is committed to operating his business according to Biblical princibles without exception! Thank you.

Stopped in today to have my battery tested. Luis was so helpful and accommodating even when he learned I would be able to replace my battery from original installer (still under warranty). I really appreciated his desire to be helpful!

Nice scam you guys have going. I bought a battery from them last yr. I took it in today and they tell me the sticker on top says I bought it in 2018. That sticker means it was made in 2018. NOT BOUGHT in 2018. I just moved and I cant find my receipt right now. This is a nice scam they got going. Telling people the wrong info about what that sticker is truly.
I will never buy from them again!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! The round sticker has the month and yr it was made. NOT WHEN YOU BOUGHT IT.

I took my battery in because it had a dead cell and the two-year warranty was not up. They said they would check it gave me a loaner everything was fine then I went to go return the loaner and they don’t have my battery so I was patient. They checked all over the store could not find it, and then I asked if they can replace it for free because they lost it and the guy said no we cannot do it for free and want me to pay for the replacement battery that they lost and the person that was helping me was named josh so I told them if you can’t find my battery I’m not paying for one and I’m keeping the loaner
