I’m really not a car person whatsoever and if I have a vehicle issue I just have someone else fix it, so I’ve only ever been to an O’Reilly’s twice. The first time was years ago at a Medford location and the employee helped me pick the right windshield wipers for my car then came out and installed them for me in a few minutes. Yesterday I had a car emergency that happened to be right next to this Central Point O’Reilly’s. Adam completely saved the day and was super kind, which is equally important to me. Really great that this business makes the effort to hire knowledgeable and nice employees.

Was having an issue with my battery. It was missing a small part to keep the positive terminal clamped to the battery. Went to multiple car part shops and had no luck. I explained my issue to Adam that worked there and he showed me the parts that would work. He offered to help me with the installation. After about 15 minutes of problem solving and installation I was back on the road. I would recommend this O'Reilly's to anyone looking for parts. I would like to thank Adam for all his help. He went above and beyond and I cannot thank him enough. He was kind, professional and very knowledgeable. Thank you to the crew at O'Reilly's. I will be coming back with all my automotive needs.

The headlights in my boyfriend’s Toyota pickup just stoped working one night, the brights worked but not the low beams. It was January of this year and I was 8 hours from home on a Sunday and I had to get back to my job the next day. I went to the O’Reilly auto parts store and the nicest young guy there helped me ? He even installed the new bulbs and tested them to be sure that was the problem. I couldn’t thank him enough! I believe his name was Adam ( dark hair about 30 y/o) .

Hands Down O'rileys is and has been my favorite parts store above all the others. Not hating on the other guys but just keeping it real! Pretty much no matter what O'rileys or where the O'rileys is located. You get the same service, same atmosphere, same feel and help when your stuck and just can't figure out what is malfunctioning. However, I must admit I am partial to my Central Point O'rileys! They go above and beyond.#teamO'rileys
