“Really friendly staff. They always have fair pricing for whenever I sell any games and they have a really cute dog. Don't really understand any of the reviews with any negativity. I've never had a bad experience with the staff or pricing and overall appreciate how kind everyone is there.”

“I have dealt with quite a few pawn shops over the years and my opinion is that Medford pawn & jewelry is the best pawn shop for people like me that sometimes pawn items that have emotional value. My B.C. Rich doubleneck is very important to me and I would hate to lose it to a greedy pawnbroker. Medford pawn & jewelry are definitely not out to keep your property and sell it for profit. They are just in the business of loaning money. Yesterday I was worried that too much time had passed on my loan and that i may have messed up again. Then my phone rings and it is the guy from the pawn shop reminding me before anything was going to be late. And i was surprised just how he explained my options to me and worked with me so i could keep my beloved doubleneck B.C. Rich guitar. This shop is run by honest people who are friendly and understanding. That is my opinion.”

“LOVE this place, especially as a gun source. They really appreciate and understand the art and appeal of making a good deal, and I've walked away from here happy every time, always get excellent customer service, and have only seen them treat customers with respect. After a terrible experience down the road at Black Flag Armory, these guys took care of us in exactly the way we were looking for and gained some customer loyalty in the process. Plus, it's just a really fun store to shop in with all the things.”
