Edit from 1 month later: our local people in Medford OR have gone above & beyond to help me this week. I ended up needing the big tank removed so we could haul my trailer out after I got too ill to stay in that location thru the winter as I had hoped. National desk looked at their calendar and gave me a date 2 weeks out—which would have been in the middle of a big winter storm with lots of snow. We worried. How would we get the trailer home in two feet of snow?
No need to worry…Tim, the local mgr, made sure they were out the next business day to move the tank! And this despite the fact that they were short staffed and facing the winter storm with everyone’s needs for deliveries, etc. We’re lucky to have Ferrellgas here.”
