I had this guy do some work on my truck. I drove the truck for a day when I noticed it stilled had the same oil leak. When I took the truck back to him he flat-out refused to correct the problem. $800 dollars later. HE IS A SCAMMER

Our Jeep's power steering pump failed while traveling through town. After calling multiple shops, all of whom said they didn't have time until next week to fix, Abraham took us in and got us up & running THE SAME DAY! He was extremely honest, upfront & fair. Highly recommend to any & all!

As a former repair shop owner, I know how hard Justin and staff have to work every day. You can't please all people, all of the time. Some just like to make their problems the shops problems and don't tell the whole story. I have an arm injury so I cant do work for others anymore. When someone asks where to take their car or truck for service, I always say "Goodlett Automotive." These are friends and coworkers and they always come back pleased.

I had the pleasure of sharing my experience on NextDoor today when someone asked for a mechanic recommendation; now the whole neighborhood knows... "DO NOT GO TO GOODLETT AUTOMOTIVE, I promised Jacob (owner's son, I believe) that I would absolutely spread the word on my negative experience. They'll steal your money NOT fixing what was agreed on and causing more damage. They had my car an extra week and did zero additional work to resolve the initial issue nor correct the additional damage they did. DO NOT GO TO GOODLETT AUTOMOTIVE!!!" Maybe one day Goodlett will stop taking advantage of their customers but I'll never know as I'm NEVER going back to these thieves! Yet I doubt it. Not surprisingly I wasn't the only one with a negative review specific to Goodlett.
