CenturyLink is an AWFUL internet service. Once there's an outage you better expect to have no internet for at least two days if not more. They are extremely slow at getting it fixed and the internet speed is also lacking when it's working. I pay a lot of money every month for garbage. I would tell this provider to kick rocks if they weren't the only provider in my current area. We're moving soon though and I can't wait to have a new internet provider and to leave this terrible company for good!

Worst experience with a company ever. Customer service takes hours and cant ever do anything to actually help.When I ordered they sent me a package to install my self, and still charged me a installation fee. The self install package was incomplete when it finally arrived almost 3 weeks after order. And required me to go online to get the instructions.Also the company cut the telephone line when the previous resident disconnected so they could charge the next person (me) a 100 dollar fee to replace a line THEY cut.Avoid this company at all costs, but sadly its my only option.I would rather be in Auschwitz than have to deal with this company.

I still don't have internet 3 weeks after signing up, their 'easy set up app' never loads past the welcome screen and customer service is nonexistent avoid this cursed place for the love of all that is sacred

Slowest internet ever. If you have other options take it because dealing with these guys is absolutely horrible. I much rather have dial-up than dealing with CenturyLink. The CEO must be a sloth.
