We came in because my girl friend was having problems with her phone and thought they could help. When we got there the phone was about to die so I asked if they could put it on a charger the guy said no but he could sell me one. Come on I said a cell phone store and you don't have a charging block not happy.

I got an inseego internet router at Central Point OR store from Sam. Unfortunately the first unit turned out bad and the second wouldn't work properly in my little place. I thought I was doomed to have internet, but Sam was so knowledgable that figured out the issue, changed some settings and now I have perfect internet. Sam made my whole experience painless and his personality makes a person feel at ease. I will always go to him in the future... no matter which store he works in!

Nathan was the one that helped me, extremely friendly and high energy with a very positive attitude towards my situation. Got me switched from MetroPCS to US Cellular even with hassles from Metro's end, and ended up with a good discount on device protection and a solid price plan for a new line and phone. Highly recommend Nathan if possible.

Absolutely love the customer service here!!! Nick Arellano helped my spouse and I set up our new service. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door, offered refreshments and constantly checked on during our wait. Once seated Nick went above and beyond in providing us with everything we needed. Most importantly everything that our plan entailed was explained clearly and carefully. Nick covered all the intricacies and important details that are often overlooked or forgotten and he did it so effortlessly. He answered every question I had before I even knew I needed to ask it.
