I can no longer send or receive greeting cards that have gift cards inside they get stolen every time. I went to the post office and they said there was a lady stealing gift cards. I hope she was federally charged, but this is still going on my mom sent my daughter a greeting card for a graduation that had a gift card in it and it never showed up.The fact that this sort of thing is going on at our federal post office makes me sick. If there’s anything I hate is a thief.

I’ve had three gift cards stolen, my son had one stolen, don’t have the problem with Seattle Washington, or Utah, but only at Central Point Oregon….

Robert the beard guy was the best postman I have delt with so far. Quick, knowledgeable and straightforward to the point. I moved my service from Gold Hill to CP simply because the service is spot on with my PO Box that Gold Hill could not figure out. I'll drive 10 min for that ... Good job CP branch...

At least once a week, other people‘s mail or put into my post office box. Makes me wonder how much of my mail has gone into other people‘s boxes.

Stopped in about 30 minutes before they closed to show my documents for my new PO Box. Service rep was quick, friendly, and very helpful. I'm new to the area and can already tell I'm gonna like this USPS :)

:) Beth addressed our claim regarding our packages in less than 24 hours and has resolved them. She was very professional and was very calm despite me not being so calm and frustrated by the situation. Anyone that can do that gets 5 starts.
