I had my Shingles vaccine there a couple days ago. The whole thing was easy and everyone was very helpful and nice. The vaccination was not painful at all and I haven't had any side effects

Pharmacy experience is horrible! Sat there waiting for an hour and a half and when they told me it was ready I went up and they told me they can't fill it without doctor approval.... The doctor is the one that sent it over! Plus they never said anything when I was sitting there all that time so I told them I'm not leaving without it and they were all of a sudden able to fill it but it wasn't even for the full amount so I just gave up and took it... Somebody needs to manage that place better, unfortunately I will have to keep going there because of the location but if you have other options avoid this place at all costs! Unless you like waiting for 2 hours only to find out they aren't gonna fill it and didn't bother to let you know plus you will even get a notification saying it's ready even though it's not!

Ordered 1 hour processing yesterday for Christmas cards. 5 hours later it still shows processing. I called at 5:30 pm and was told that they were having problems with their printer and the cards would not be done by closing. The guy said they had a call in for repair and to call back in the morning and they could give me an update. I tried calling all morning and kept getting a recording that they were temporarily closed. At 1:00pm I called and somehow got transferred to customer service in Arizona who said they have no information and no way to find out. I called one of the Medford locations who could not get any information on my order and said that the Central Point location is open but did not have a way to contact. I drove down and sure enough they were open. I went into the photo department to find out that the printer had not been fixed. They had no information on when it would be fixed. When I asked how to get a hold of them since their phone says they are closed he called a manager. A girl came out and was not aware phones were not working. ( I don't believe her) she then went in back and said since they were closed yesterday their phone had not reset and it should work in an hour. (Funny...they were open yesterday when I called) I asked about my order again and she said you can cancel it if you want. She said we have a call in for repair and waiting for a call back. All I could do was look at her and say how do you expect to get a call back from the repair man when you have your phones turned off. She again just said you can cancel your order if you want. Such terrible service! I understand holidays and I understand things can break down but at least be honest and respectful to your customers! I am still waiting for my 42.00 order as it's too late to order anywhere else and hope my cards get to family and friends by the new year

This Walgreens always has my pictures ready to go at the given time when I place an online order. The location is convenient. The staff is friendly. They have a good selection of essentials, greeting cards, sweets, and last minute items.

If I could give them less than a one, I would! The pharmacy is staffed with an unprofessional, rude, uncaring group of total screw ups! I won't ever go back to any of their stores! I will make sure I tell everyone to shop somewhere else.

Yaesterday we went to this Walgreen's and the pharmacy tech told us they were short staffed. We could get the omicron booster today when they would have staff. Today, we went and waited only to find out that they wouldn't take walk-ins today. That's the last time we go there for anything.

Five stars for the photo department. I've refused too many orders from Medford Walgreens that I had pretty much given up for years. But I've had good service and attention to detail over numerous jobs from this location.

This is my third visit here for Rx for my elderly mother. Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had in my life. I will NEVER set foot inside another Walgreens!!!

Love walgreens- great location, all the pharmacy staff are kind and helpful. I'm in there alot and know I will be helped promptly. Also love the drive-up window option! Store is clean and masks are worn - hand sanitizer available entering and existing. I enjoy the usualfriendly greeting when walking in. Also love they seem to be all over the country when we are traveling. A big thumbs up all around!

Pharmacist Thinh Dang refused to fill my family member's prescription for pain medication that they rely on to manage severe and legitimate pain due to a severe and chronic autoimmune disease. Dang told my family member that the prescription (which has been unchanged for years) seemed "sketchy," and unnecessarily made her feel as if she was drug seeking. This harassment and unkind treatment is exactly NOT how a pharmacist should treat the patients he is there to help. The pharmacy insisted on getting a brand new prescription, which was difficult to obtain in a timely manner due to the disruption that the Obenchain and Almeda fires had on my family member's small doctor office. (The small office had to be evacuated and several employees lost homes and were unable to work their normal hours.) By the time my family member obtained their needed medication, over 24 hours later, they were already unnecessarily experiencing withdrawal symptoms in addition to their unmanaged pain. If it had been any longer, we would have needed to go to the emergency room, unnecessarily exposing my immunocompromised family member to COVID. I do not know why Dang decided to randomly attempt to self patrol the opioid crisis in the middle of wildfires and a pandemic, using my immunocomprised family member as the example, but his bizarre and ill timed power grab certainly was not appreciated by me or my family.

I used to love the service I got from you guys but when you only give me half my prescription at full price and then tell me it's a "computer error" and I'd have to pay another copay for one more I draw the line. You guys suck!

I've been a longtime customer and have using this location since it opened. After my experience Saturday I will never again step foot in any Walgreens. The night manager, Ernest, isn't at all fit for such a position. He displayed horrid customer service skills, was beyond condescending and left the clear impression that he's completely disinterested in upholding a basic level of respect for patrons. It would not surprise me at all if Ernest's employment causes large financial losses for the Central Point location.
