“I had an excellent experience at Discount Tire. My tire pressure light came on while I was driving, and Carlos quickly found a screw in my tire. He filled it with air so I could make my lunch appointment and scheduled me to come back afterward for the repair.
When I returned, I was checked in right away and they got started immediately. Before they took my car, I mentioned that I had leftover lunch inside that would spoil during the repair, and they were kind enough to put it in the refrigerator for me. The repair was completed quickly, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond with their customer service. “We came in today with an appointment to have our tires rotated. Daniel greeted us and got us started. He was very polite and professional. While being serviced, for our rotation, they discovered a stripped lug nut. They did not have our exact lug nut in stock. To sell us so they mentioned O’Reilly auto parts across the street. Jeremy offered to go over and get the necessary lug nut so we would be safe and back on the road. That’s Customer Service beyond the normal. We applaud Jeremy, Daniel and the staff at Discount Tire in Medford, Creator Lake Hwy, Oregon. They go beyond expectations.”

“Dropped my truck off for inspection. Got a call an hour later from the salesman saying the repairs would be 369$, I agreed on that quote for the work to be done. I show up a few hrs later to pay and pick up my truck and was told he made a mistake and forgot to add another 100$ on the quote.
Update. The owner reached out to offer me 100$. That there speaks volumes to me and feel very confident this company retains utmost integrity and exceptional customer service!”
