Auto Repair in Chiloquin, OR

“My truck broke down late in the evening in the middle of nowhere with spotty cell reception. Tried to call a bunch of other places unsuccessfully. Robert kept in communication with me via text and even helped link me up with a tow truck. He ordered the parts first thing in the morning and tore right into it. He also let me know everything that he was doing every step of the way. I couldn’t believe how fast he had it going. He had it fixed a day and a half later. I had gone back home to get back to work and Robert even offered to drive it the hour and a half back to me if I needed. He was also very fair with the pricing. I had googled how much this repair typically costs and he came in on the low end of the pricing. Considering that I went from broke down on the side of the road on an out of town trip, it actually turned out to be a pretty good experience! I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again.”
