Bathrooms and showers are clean, people working the front counter are polite and helpful. The deli side needs improvement, poor selection or really old food in the hot case. Lady working the counter is rude as well. Truck island fuel pumps are super slow.

The gentleman at the deli was friendly but the lady was really rude. I got a wrap and felt like I really inconvenienced her in doing so. The customer service and friendliness could have been a lot better .

I desperately needed WiFi for a work emergency while I was on vacation in Crater Lake, and the coffee shop in Chiloquin was closed - as a last ditch attempt, I drove here, bought a snack, and sat outside at some picnic tables right next to the building. The Wifi was great, I could hold a Zoom call for an hour. There's a good selection of food/drinks/outdoors supplies/truck supplies, and the bathrooms were clean, too. Shoutout to the employees, too, I think I was a hot mess when I showed up LOL.

Great friendly stop when near Crater Lake anytime of day or night. I got the original flavor of many different coffee selections.

Pretty clean showers. Helpful staff in my case. Easy off/on highway. As good as it can get for a small rural business. Casino restaurant is good for the area too. Tribe is doing a good job overall IMO.

Three pieces of dry chicken, each about the size of a babies hand, no dipping sauce and a quarter cup of macaroni for just under $10.
This goes well with the overpriced gas, the employees with bad attitudes and disgusting restrooms.

I spend thousands of dollars in diesel here. And short wanna be manager “silent Jackson” can’t
sell more than 2 cans of zyns to me. Absolutely trash customer service. Short man syndrome is a real thing.

Good clean restroom, food price is good, but pump don’t have option to pay outside i came after 3 years same pump issues pay inside Nobody has time to go inside and tell every each detail about card, employees are good but they need to kind.

Recently bought premium gas here and was hands down the worst gas I've ever gotten.It made horrible pinging and rattling noises even at higher speeds . I know this for a fact because I mostly only put premium top tier gas from reputable high end gas stations . It's really sad that this place serves that garbage. So pathetic considering that they have the only show in that town . Really embarrassing. Someone should work on quality control asap.

I stop here each time im in the area. Dirt cheap fuel, great store and good overnight parking.
