Last week when I just walked in the door the old lady that work there start asking me " may I help you over and over and voice getting louder .like she looked at me like I'm gonna steal something cause I'm asain .I don't see her asking other customer like that .I go shop there every week . She treated me bad never go there again

Called and inquired about air filter for jeep..... She said "yes, have one." I asked if she would hold for an hour --she said yes and took my number. I arrived hour later after a lengthy drive and was then informed they had no such part... Never did... she didn't physically check the shelf and she really didn't care about me being inconvenienced... Guess it was my fault

My 85-year-old mother came into the store and was told nobody could help her do a diagnostic for a check engine light. This is unacceptable and discrimination against an elderly woman. Do not use the store. What a horrible way to treat an innocent person. Walking in to ask a normal every day question. There were no customers in the store the person working just did not wanna have to bother with anybody

I’ve been visiting this location for two years and having A fair good experience, but I went there to get couple of things and this girl what is the worst customer service representative that they could possibly have she wanted me to do all her job even took me where they have the parts and wanted me to compare the hose, I was looking for with what they had their measure and cutShe will be texting on her phone so I will have to repeat questions or directions several times I canceled 80% of my order since she had no idea what I was talking aboutWhen I was about to pay someone else had to help her and then she asked me if I had already inserted my card?I told her she hadn’t mentioned anything. She got an attitude finish my transaction, and walk away in a rude manner.I can understand when someone is new, but definitely when someone has no motivation to be there and with a negative attitude becomes something I would not put up with.

Last week I went to Autozone to change the bulb/headlights for my car, the worker told me to bring my car to the store to test/check the headlights/bulbs. Today, around 10am I was at Autozone and I brought my car there and I had taken the headlights/bulbs off already. When I brought my car I asked them “Can you check my headlights/bulbs for me to see if they work or not?” The worker wasn’t that kind and refused to test the lights for me. I then told him my upper headlights were burnt out and he said you need low-beam headlights. He then showed me his screen and showed me the lights but I told him those are high beam headlights not low beam headlights. I made that statement and didn’t say anything else and he got extremely mad at me and he yelled at me and everyone in the store heard it. He told me he’s been working for 10 years so I can’t tell him what is high beam or low beam. He said he wouldn’t help me and he didn’t even allow me to deescalate the situation. He was very rude and left me to go elsewhere in the store. I patiently and respectfully waited at the front desk for him to return, eventually he did return and he brought me outside to show me the lights on my car. Even then he continued saying how I disrespected him and was rude and kept cutting him off. I wanted to tell him that I didn’t mean any disrespect and it might’ve just been a misunderstanding and he continued standing by what he said. He really gave me a hard and bad day and it wasn’t enjoyable at all. I only said to him that this light isn’t a low beam light it’s a high beam light and it didn’t require yelling to where everyone in the store heard it happen and continued it outside as well claiming I disrespected him. I don’t think I’ll be returning to Autozone because this was a horrible experience for me and bad customer service. You serve customers who don’t have knowledge on these parts or tools. When you have an expert at the store trying to explain what is what, you must do it in a respectful and kind way and help the customer understand. You can’t go out yelling at customers claiming they disrespected you when you disrespected the customer.

Sunnyside called Thursday night was told they had the specialty tool we needed drove 24 miles just to be told NO they didn't have it at all or carry it.

Everyone at this location is so nice and helpful! I know nothing about cars but I'm trying to learn how to do the simple things, and every time I've gone in to the Happy Valley location they are always so nice about all of my dumb questions, which is not always the case at other auto part stores. (:

Staff was extremely helpful and polite.The AC in our vehicle randomly decided to quit blowing cold air.Swung in this auto zone and a staff member offered to check my AC to make sure purchasing Freon wouldn’t be waste in the event of a leak.After he verified that he grabbed the products I needed and made sure I got the discounts I was eligible for.Again checked to make sure the Freon we purchased worked and sent us on our way.It was 90 degrees out and we had our small children and dog in our vehicle so cannot overstate how much this shops effort meant to us.Thanks again!

My ignition lock cylinder decided to start going out on me and I was afraid that once I turned it off it was not going to start again. So, I did a parts order online and called into see if the part order was ready. When I arrived to pickup my parts there had been an issue with the part that I needed was not in stock. The assistant Manager EVER was very helpful in resolving my problem, she called up 82nd & Duke and Jessica had the part waiting for me when I got there. Both EVER and Jessica saved the day for me. Oh and I forgot to mention the whole time I was at both stores my Toyota Tundra was running outside. Thank you so much. Enjoy the sunshine

Nice and knowledgeable staff. They seemed like they were having fun working there which made me smile. Also tried to sell me on a product related to what I was buying and explained to me exactly what it was for but didn't press to hard. Very classy and well done.
