DO NOT USE THIS BANK. I have had charges come out that I did not authorize and they have done nothing. I intentionally use accounts with no overdraft yet my account comes up negative and I have to pay it anyway. I went to the branch and spoke with a woman who said there’s no way it should be negative so I showed her several accounts were negative. She said she would get back to me and asked for my number and never called. Here I am again with charges hitting that aren’t authorized. I will file a complaint with FDIC, they are horrible at customer service and do not care. This bank has cost me money and most of all my time. I have to take off work for a scheduled appointment to see a human. Absolutely the WORST bank I’ve ever used. I will be canceling my accounts asap.

I moved my banking here as soon as this branch opened.
It's an excellent location along with East Hills Vet, Safeway, and my favorite Liquor Store), the staff is always friendly and professional, and they offer everything I need.

I don't usually Wright bad reviews i race from my job all the way up there I know they close at 5 but I walked in the doors at 5 and they all said sorry we are closed the door was locked well how did I get in then I come here ever friday or Saturday when I can't make it on Friday to cash my check so my kids can eat and what just the fact that I made it inside they should of horned that fact that I made it inside I guess I'll go open an account at chase

I had spent an hour on the phone with customer service and they were great in helping me. They told me to come to my local branch to fax additional documentation. I came in and was told that they do not have the fax number and there is no way for them to get it for me. So I had to be on hold again, now from the Bank of America lobby, wait to speak to someone to get me the fax number. Person on the phone was very confused why the e employee at the branch couldn’t provide the fax number. Very frustrating.

The overall score for this branch is not an exaggeration, it is this bad. The concept of customer service is lost on them.

Customer service is always polite and helpful. I've been baking at Bank Of America for over 45 years. I have never had a bad experience with them.

Big shout out to Melanie! My wallet was stolen and corporate filed my claim incorrectly, which lead to a denial outcome. Luckily, Melanie took on the task of filing the claim correctly and submitting additional paperwork to ensure approval. I could not have done this without her. A big thanks to her and any other staff members that helped. THANK YOU!!!

NEVER BANK WITH BANK OF AMERICA….my name is William I have a wonderful family and work hard for my money…I banked with this bank for 4 months and they are absolutely the worst group of individuals iv ever come into contact with they will steal your money if you bank with these people mark my words…you’ll regret the day you walked in

Today is my birthday and unfortunately me and my family can't do anything thanks to you guys. While yes I could have managed my money better, I also could have deposited or cashed my check elsewhere. Instead I figured Id build a repore with these guys and I deposited my paycheck here on 3/17.... Inside the bank. After talking to many representatives (6) and getting no real answer as to why there's a hold on my check one from Utah was finally competent and had enough integrity to tell me that my check was flagged for fraud risk... I get last week's check tomorrow and it will definitely be with another bank. As for the deposit on 3/17 ... It's being held until 3/26.... Absolutely absurd.No wonder you guys have such a poor rating, it's a wonder your still in business after reading about the way your staff treat their customers. Your response just proves my point. That was an automatic response triggered by a low rating, I doubt you took the time to read it. No matter, weve got an appointment.

If I could give them 0 starts I would this branch is a joke no sense of customer service .I get mire and better service and experience from the atm outside its like talking to rocks when you go inside makes me wonder why Im paying so much in fees for the worst banking service

My husband and I needed notary services so we called to make an appointment at this location.They provide notary services at no cost for account holders. They got us in the same day and when we arrived we were immediately helped by Ashley. She was very friendly to us and sweet to our children. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes too!
