Trusting this shop was unfortunately a huge mistake. They replaced a shortblock and a decent number of other parts for me. I had multiple issues with their work:
-The car came back with new interior and exterior damage
-Parts that we didn't agree on were used
-I was double charged for parts (corrected after I brought it up)
-The short block I bought was damaged. the shop said it came with the damage, the engine builder said no way the damage was done when the head studs were installed, so I don't know whose fault it was.
-The car didn't even make it home without throwing a check engine light. It left me stranded the second time I drove it. It had multiple issues right away and my phone calls and emails have been unanswered since. The car is not driveable and still needs significant work. I was told verbally that the install would be warrantied. A whole lot of good that does if the shop ignores you. I have heard nothing from the shop for over 6 weeks now and have moved on.
I lost a LOT of money trusting this shop, I would be very careful. They are nice guys and are knowledgeable, but they royally screwed me over and I'm honestly not sure why.

Talked to the owner Mike, learned we live in same neighborhood so we made an appt for him to swing by my home Friday after work to take a look at my 1969 Mustang. I changed my plans so I’d be home and I waited from 5:30pm to 7:30pm and he never showed; never got in touch. That’s BS. He emailed me Saturday saying he worked late Friday. Wow, thanks for the heads up on Friday while I was sitting around waiting for you.
Made plans again for him to come by Sunday. He did and he checked out the car and we discussed a "to do" list for him to work on. Mike said he's booked about 2 weeks out but will call me tomorrow (Monday) to arrange a drop off date.
Mike did not get in touch as he said he would.
Over the next two weeks I texted Mike and reminded him about getting my car on his calendar. NO REPLY. I emailed him using the work email he used with me previously and NO REPLY.
Multiple weeks have passed and Mike still has not communicated with me to schedule my car at his shop.
I am now behind schedule thanks to “Big-n-Bad” and I’m back to looking for a dependable shop to help with my Mustang. When someone shows you who they are the first time... believe them.

Mike went out of his way to lend his opinion on how best to deal with on going GM AFM lifter issues. He comes highly recommended and after 20 min with him and some sound advice, I can see why.
Would do business here any day of the week!

Mike and his team was able to get my husbands truck in promptly even after the continuous need of repairs. Almost 300k miles on a work truck that’s used daily, they made sure no matter what the issue was that they’d take care of him promptly. We are big on small businesses and word of mouth for for promotion so we will make sure we let everyone know how wonderful they are and not to go elsewhere! It took us forever to find a reputable shop that we trusted! We’ve driven all over Oregon and part of Washington to find our home shop and we finally did and it’s only 20 minutes from home! These guys were great. I had a coolant and oil leak on my wrangler rubicon that I didn’t know where it was coming from and they got me in quickly, had it diagnosed right away, gave me a quote that they stuck to. I couldn’t have been happier with their service. I usually don’t take my cars to mechanics because I’ve worked on cars my whole life so I know when shops try and charge “extra” for things or aren’t being honest. I didn’t feel like that at all with these guys. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you! Great work and great service.

Mike and his crew have been working on my truck for a couple of years and they always do an excellent job. Performance upgrades change general maintenance and Mike makes sure you know what those changes are before he installs those upgrades. Mike and his crew have changed or upgraded my complete drive-train, wiring harness, cooling system, and even done painting on my truck. Details are important and Mike and his crew take the time to make sure each is done right and may even add a detail or two to make the job even better. Received my truck back after four months of a total engine rebuild.Hood was not put on the right. This was fixed after I said something.Collar around the steering wheel is not put on right. This was fixed after I said something.Received no warranty information on the motor. So if it craps out I'm not sure what to do.Radiator cap not put on right. Fluids everywhere.Trim around drivers headlight was dent by something blue running into itHeater controls are not working. Everything worked before I dropped it off. I called the mechanic and he did not want to solve the issue.. Did some research. And I called another mechanic. He said it's a vacuum line that controls the heater settings. Looked in the engine and guess what. There's a vacuum line not connected and hidden. Now I'll need to hire someone else to help me figure out where It goes. And we paid for altonator but they never put it in. They had no issues charging me for one.All in all, nice folks, the engine runs really well. After the last call, it just makes me think he no longer wants to deal with my truck. Be cautious ⚠️ when dealing with this company.
