This pharmacy is near my work, so I switched here to fill my prescriptions. At first, things were fine, but the last few times I've been in, I've run into them: - Losing one of my prescriptions, forcing me to come back another time after they found it (and not really looking for it with any sense of urgency) - Trying to tell me one refill wasn't covered by my insurance even though I'd filled the *exact same prescription* at this same pharmacy within the same year with no changes to my insurance - mysteriously, after I told them that, it somehow *was* covered at the normal price instead of the hundreds of dollars they were trying to quote me - Rude employees, including the one today who snapped at me and another customer waiting. I don't have a lot of patience for that anyway, let alone when I'm sick (and wouldn't have even been at the pharmacy if the prescription I was picking up wasn't such a pain to get filled) All of those have happened within the last few months, and I'm done putting up with their incompetence and attitude issues - I'll be switching to a different pharmacy ASAP.

I switched to a nearby CVS (in Sellwood) but just had a refill go in at the Happy Valley store in Target which is a long drive so I called to ask them to switch the prescription to the Sellwood store. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes I was cut off so I tried again. After 10 minutes someone answered and I explained what I wanted. She said couldn't transfer the Rx to Sellwood and I'd have to call them. She said she'd put the Rx on hold. I told her that I have never been able to get through to Sellwood CVS on the phone and she said I had no other choice but to go there in person and then I'd have to wait for them to refill the Rx. I told her that this was inconvenient but she rudely said this was what I had to do. I am sure there was a way she could have contacted the other pharmacy so the Rx would be filled and I wouldn't have to wait for it when I got there.

If like incompetence, this is your place. Anything worth screwing up they can manage it. I would not trust them to wash my car. Amongst them being incompetent, they are liars and thieves as well. Instead of admitting they're wrong they will lie their way out of anything they can.

Came in with my wife the day after she was told her prescription was ready. We were told that the pharmacist was on the phone, and would be available in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later there were 5 other people who had been told the same thing. It would have been another 30 minutes if I hadn't been kind of a dick about it. These are peoples' medications that you're f****** with. Shitheads.

This is plain stupid. I got a text reminder on my phone to pick up my new prescriptions. I came in yesterday to pick them up but the pharmacist was on her lunch break. I couldn't wait 30 minutes so I left empty handed (pharmacist consult required for new prescriptions). I got another text reminder again today. This afternoon I drove back to this Target CVS to pick up my prescriptions. AGAIN the pharmacist was on her lunch break so I could not get my prescriptions. Mind you, I came at two very different times of the day and nowhere in the text or on any signage at the counter did it state when the pharmacist takes their lunch break. If Target and CVS really cared about customer service they would post lunch break hours. It would be nice if they also had the authority to offer nominal Target or Starbucks gift cards to customers who are turned away like this. I used to go to Walgreens drive through pharmacy where they always had lunch closure hours posted. It's not that difficult. Grrrrr.
