Carter's has clothing for newborns, toddlers and young children. The clothes are well made from fabrics that are soft to the skin and hold up well to washings. So many adorable outfits for boys and girls! I was buying gifts for my friend who is pregnant and found several cute onesies and sleepers that in neutral colors since we don't yet know the gender. Had just visited the Janzen Beach location but when I was at Clackamas Prominade and saw they had a store here, I had to stop in. Of course I found a few more outfits I had to buy! Their sales like $6 doorbusters are hard to pass. Since I'll be shopping here a lot I joined thier loyalty program. Every $150 spent earns a $10 reward and I'm almost there! Store is well stocked, lots of styles and sizes. In addition to clothing they have accessories like socks, underwear, sunglasses, hats, shoes, receiving blankets and bibs. I'll be back!

I shop at this store often. I have spent so much money at carters over the past 10 years it's insane. I've always loved the clothes and the rewards. However I will not revisit this location which is very unfortunate since it's close to my home. Which likey means I'll stop shopping Carters and start spending more at target. I was there yesterday shopping with my grandmother and my 1.5 yo.I was having trouble finding any size 4 pants and was looking under tables, unfolding and refolding stacks. The lady behind the counter was busy helping customers pay and I assumed she was the only one on shift.... until the "manager" or whoever the rude large man that came out from The back strictly to be the mask police. ? didn't offer to help in any other way but instead ran straight back to the back after only stating "if you dont put in mask you need to leave." You lost a loyal customer of 10 years due to your rudeness and lack of customer service. I'll also be canceling my card. Also I visited the DMV, and the mall where nobody had on a damn mask. So yeah I didn't have one ?. But regardless you have job which you're being paid to do, he failed to do that job but instead decided to apoint himself mask police. Fold, clothes, offer to be helpful. Not run in the back while one poor sales lady handles everything up front you lazy pos. It's managers like like why you probably don't have enough help to begin with. Had he asked nicely and maybe offered to help us it would have not been an issue.

They have some great sales and good clothes. The shoes are pretty good too. My wife and I have been shopping here since our first was born 4 years ago. I knocked one star off because I wasted, very expensive, gasoline driving all the way here on a day and time they are supposed to be open and there was a sign in the window saying they had to close unexpectedly. My guess based on what's currently going on in the world is that they had zero staff. It's sad that it is so hard to find employees nowadays. In my opinion a manager should've come in and run the place, it is inexcusable to be closed in the middle of the day on a day you are scheduled to be open. I'll be calling in the future to make sure they are actually open before making the drive.

Whats the purpose of having curbside if it doesn't work? I was notified someone would be out yet they "never received the notification" after 30 minutes of waiting I finally had to go inside the store where they couldn't figure out my order. And who has 1 parking space for curbside? I guess when curbside doesn't work it doesn't matter huh?

Kayla was a total sweetie. She was very patient even when perhaps she didn't have to be and clearly works hard. She needs a raise.

Asked the store manager for help (I believe she was African american), when I asked her a question she just walked away and started talking to another associate, I tried to get her attention but she ignored me. Soon I did get an employee to help me and they were wonderful, I hope the manager can learn some kindness.

a few days ago i over-heard the store manager being very rude to one of her employees (i believe the ladys name was chantel from a name a girl said). I wanted to say something but soon after she went into the back of the store. I just feel so bad for the employee

I just picked up an online order with more trouble than needed. The staff was rushed, didn’t listen to my provided information and ultimately wasted both of our times for no reason. Communication needs improvement by far.

i ordered clothe through oshkosh on-line for black friday. i wasn't looking for anything specifically but found some great deals. i went to pick up my order 2 days later for cur-side pick up and everything went well. will come back again..thanks!!
