This location worked out great! I had to close an account, and they got me right with someone and made that process pretty painless. The banks parking lot leaves a little to be desired, but there's plenty of parking in the Fred Meyer lot right next door.Word to the wise, make an appointment if you need something notarized.

I can’t honestly say I don’t trust these people with my money. Chase has the WORST customer service. If you call them, you’re guarantee you’ll be talking to people from the Philippine call center. Do you business locally so you can speak to someone locally or go into a local branches and support your local business. Big bank doesn’t care about you.

I went in today and the area they were in was completely empty except the Chase blue lights they had. I have been to this location in the past but everything, even the signs are gone.To be clear, this is the entry for the Chase inside Fred Meyer.

I cannot believe the people who work in this bank. I have a bank account, a secondary business account, and a credit card account that I've always paid faithfully. My businesses sales are wired into this bank daily. Because of the women in this branch, I will take my business elsewhere. It will be a pain, but worth it to never see them again. I dealt with a painfully heavy set woman, and a younger girl with dark hair, my ID, my business card, and my credit card were not enough pieces of information. Maybe I could have given them some DNA, or better yet, a Stool sample to prove my identity. That's all they are worth. Bye Felicia!!

Not sure what the other reviews based on ethnicity are all about. Welcome to the brave new world, I guess. I've visited this new location several times and it's always been good, no matter the color of the skin of the representative.I like the location and that it's no longer inside of a shopping center. Very convenient.

Although this is a new brand but the way Chase's employees run it was aweful. Today when I get in line waiting for banking, I witness a young white girl, she probably a supervisor, raise a loud voice with an impolite attitude to 2 old Asian customers, I feel so sad for them. In my turn, I am served by a black young girl whose is friendly with positive attitude, when she calls for help, the young white girl comes and has exactly behaviour to me as she had done with the other customers. I am really disappointed and immediately close my account and walk away - bye bye Chase, see you no more! Keep your bull...t employee and do banking with monkeys.

I went banking at this brand and I was stunned by the behavior of the white fat girl who first contact customers when people walk in. Instead of explain to the customer she was fighting with her words, that was not a professional customer service - don’t know why the brand manager keep her on the front line, that definitely rip off Chase’s images.
