RUDE … I have fostered dogs for 14 years, but some lady in the office just kept arguing with me I was wrong about certain things with new dogs in the home. It has never been my experience with any of my fosters and I was trying to tell her that.!!RUDE

Rude and unprofessional. They harassed my sister and left a nasty voicemail for her all because they couldn't be bothered to check their system properly. Such a waste of tax dollars and the additional fees charged to license a dog.

We have adopted from there. The staff is good and the place is clean. We will adopt from there again.

About Clackamas County Dog Services
We are the stray holding facility for Clackamas County. We offer our dogs for adoption once the holding period has expired and after we have assessed them for behavior issues, have made sure they are healthy, and that they are up to date on rabies vaccinations. They are also spayed or neutered prior to leaving our facility and licensed with the County. Our officers only respond to complaints from other residents. They do not drive around looking for issues. Our job is to keep the animals and people of Clackamas County safe. Clackamas Dogs Foundation is a separate, 501(c)3 organization that supports some of the programs at Clackamas County Dog Services. The Shelter is closed on Saturday, Sunday and all major holidays!
