Just wanted to give a big "Thank you!" to Riley, the service technician who recently repaired our outdoor spa tub. The heating element quit working. Riley's first visit to diagnose the problem was during the most recent "Pineapple Express." He returned a few days later (under better weather!) and we are back in business. He was professional, friendly and courteous on both visits. Thanks for helping us out, Riley!! Mike and Margaret M.

I am updating my original review. Because of Jessica the Service Manager. She has been extremely kind and helpful. We are working to solve the issues we have. Our swim spa is now fixed. It was leaking a lot of water. The technician was very friendly and worked hard to make sure it was fixed. We think something broke in transit.My original review was rough and mentioned several issues we had with our purchase. It's like buying a new car. You expect things to go right and it's hard when things go wrong the first month. We actually love the swim spa. There are issues with the manual being different then what our display unit is. We don't have a swim spa display. Hopefully that can be worked out with the manufacturer. Everything else was discussed with the owner and with Jessica. It really shows they care that they took the time to call and fix things. We truly appreciate that.

These guys rock!I go there for all my spa needs. Last time was a jet. Ron grabbed one from stock, matched perfectly. He then ordered me 5 more and called a week later to tell me they arrived. Perfect, efficient, fair prices. Great people, thank you.

Called ahead and drove 30 miles for the doors to be locked. Hours on the door and the clock on the wall showed I had 15 minutes of open hours. Girl at counter ignored me knocking, left the store and drove past me out of the employee parking area. Rude!

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Cause don't know diddly about pools or spa's, did exactly what they told mevto do with the pool and chemicals and I came our perfect pH was wright on. Thank you for the great help. And the colorful shirts?

Ordered an item and was told they had a warehouse full and we would of that item in 2 weeks . 7 months later no item, and after several calls were told part of it was never ordered. Would have been nice if a follow up call 2 weeks after the order was placed to tell us it would be longer and was not in stock at all instead of leaving us hanging.

I used this company for two years, bought thousands of dollars worth of pool chemicals, robotic pool vacuum as well as a gas fireplace. Jason who works in the showroom is fantastic as well as the pool service people. However after spending over 6k on a new pool heater and and pump only to be no showed when we had a set appointment to come trouble shoot the problems we were having, getting no response unless you practically stalk the general manager we will never use them again.In all my years of dealing with people I had never been spoken so condescendingly by management. The GM Suzanne lacks any sort of people skills or skills to retain customers. I even stated that all I wanted was an apology for being no called/no showed on after both my husband and I took the afternoon off of work and she still could not do that. I stated I would stop in and pay the rest of our bill with Jason so I could also thank him for the time he spent discussing hot tubs (as we are looking to purchase but not with them now) and her exact response was "Don't threaten me with that, if I had a dime for every threat I get of not buying a hot tub I could pay for one).A discount of $500 was given due to the fact that a return from the heater to the pool was cut and capped, so I will have to get this fixed. I do appreciate the discount, however it should not of happened. Below the GM/Owner would like to blame issues on the pool being dirty, however I had not one but two employees look at the pool and state it was not dirty.Considering the reasons we were replacing these major items is because our old equipment had died the previous year, a cleaning before installing new equipment should of been step one in the installation.I have received better customer service from the teenager who has given the wrong fast food order.If all you need is chemicals, Jason is a great help. Do NOT spend any major money here, because if you have problems good luck getting it fixed.

We're sorry to read of your employer's illness. However, the only reason that was given to us for the cancellation was that we didn't confirm our appointment. What's interesting is that we DID confirm our appointment. When you called at 4:45 the evening before we called right back before closing to confirm we were still on for our appointment. If you had told the truth and not put the blame on something we didn't do we would have been more than understanding for the illness of an employee. Next time, please be honest and do not put unnecessary blame on your customers.

The guys here are top notch and helped me turn my green algae filled pool into crystal clear sparkling water!! With the free water testing and knowledgeable recommendations it really saved the day for me to open up my pool this summer! Even though they can never find me in the computer system (and i have to tell them my info every time) i can't say enough how great the guys are there! Thanks again!

My mom wanted to replace our pool that was damaged in a wind storm 2 years ago Labor Day. The Doughboy factory had been completely shut down for 2 seasons because of COVID however Brian Plunkett found a wall to replace our damaged one. My mom gave them a $600 deposit (which was half down of the $1200 balance) and Brian said he would hold the wall in their warehouse until the following summer (last year 2021). My mom then contacted them last spring to arrange the pick up of the wall. (we live 100 miles away). My mom was overwhelmed with the project but was told by the sales rep, Brian, she could keep the wall there as long as necessary and not to worry.May 2022 Brian called my mom and said her "pool" had arrived and it was ready for pick up. My mom was stunned he said pool. He said the remaining balance was $4600 after the $600 deposit. My mom asked our family if they were wanting her to pursue the project and so she told Brian she would be putting the extra $7k (including install) into her summer budget. She told him it would take awhile to get the funding in order on top of the new roof she had already budgeted for. Brian assured her she had all summer to work on this and to not worry.2 weeks later, the end of June, Brian called and said the owner did an inventory and demanded my mom get the pool (and extra $4600) immediately or the $600 deposit would be returned July 15th, 2022.The check was sent of $450. They took $150 out for restocking. My mother did not end the transaction. Brian assured my mother she had the summer to pay for and pick up the pool she did not order, but was willing to purchase anyway.My mother contacted Brian. He became hostile and angry. He shifted the blame completely on to her. He yelled at her while she tried to remain calm and reasonable. He then hung up on her. She contacted Jason the sales manger and was met with a similar attitude.The above letters of dismayed customers is a fair and accurate example of the terrible customer service of this company.Buyer beware...Look at the reviews and please take them seriously.
