The technicians were friendly but not impress with their diagnostic abilities: as it turned out the unit board was failing and the thermostat wire needs replacing which they did not find (and found by another company)! It was a waste of time and money for me.

Devine Heating & Cooling was a great experience and I’m very grateful to have the cool air back on in my house. Matthew May did a fantastic job at a reasonable price and I was very impressed with the timeline for service, workmanship, and quality. Would recommend!

Highly recommend! From start to finish Matt and his team were top notch. As someone who works in sales, I always appreciate when a company talks to you like a person instead of the ‘ol’ used car salesman pitch. My situation is a bit different, in that we actually used another company for our furnace install and unfortunately we incurred many issues shortly after. Divine heating and cooling was so quick to help me, spent a huge amount of time troubleshooting over email with me and came to our home to do an assessment of all the code violations and ultimately, helped me to advocate for myself to our previous hvac company. Excellent service and I truly appreciate their help! Highly recommend.

The Technician Matt was on time, he went through every item i had requested i wanted checked and then a few items i had no clue that needed to be checked. He took the time to explain why he checked each item and what to look for. The price was very reasonable. They also had great options for monthly payments for service plans and what each service plan included.

From start to finish the team at Divine Heating and Cooling were, well divine. Customer service from Sarah was always professional, patient and kind. The technician, Matt was an expert. From the bidding process, to the equipment, to pointing me to a financing options, to the installation and beyond, he knew what he was doing. He answered all questions with ease and confidence. My house is cool again, thank you. It is great to do business with professionals like Divine.

My experience with Matt and Devine heating and cooling was perfect. Not only was Matt on time, kind, and professional but so was the scheduling person I spoke with bright and early in the morning to make sure my needs would be met and my issue resolved. Great and timely service. Had an AC unit out on hottest day of the year, had a great tech out in less than two hours and had the problem solved. Highly recommend.

Shout out to Matthew May and team at Divine! A couple years ago another company put in a new furnace and heat pump at my house. Long story short it was issue after issue due to the former company’s errors. Skip to Matthew at Divine coming to my rescue. The compassion and kindness shown were much appreciated as I was highly frustrated with the last company. Also it was very apparent the wealth of knowledge Matthew brought to the table. Time after time Matthew went above and beyond to remedy the errors of the former company. Much much appreciation. Cheers to many more years as a client of Divine!

Our new-to-us 1914 foursquare needed all the things and as it came time to get HVAC estimates, we had 4 or 5 companies bid. When Matt from Divine came to the house, he spoke to me like a regular human - none of this top-down communication style contractors sometimes use - and really listened to what I wanted to do. He discussed creative solutions and never just said “we can’t do that”. On the job site, Matt and his partner Sarah were so lovely and thorough and communicative. When I wanted to make changes, or add something not discussed in the original bid, Matt was upfront and truthful about potential extra costs and time. Matt helped me communicate effectively with other contractors and explained things in a way that I could understand. I could go on; the team at Divine Heating and Cooling will always have my referral. We’ve been so so pleased with their work and attitude.

Divine Heating and Cooling put a Mini Split in my store in Milwaukie and demoed out our old system and really took care of my needs as a customer. Matt, Sarah and Ronnie make a great team and I couldn’t be happier with the product and service that I received. I really did my homework looking around the area for an HVAC company that was able to meet my needs and I feel great about choosing them. I’ve had my system in place for about a month now and it’s kept my store cool when it was hot and kept it warm when it was cold out. We’ve got an older building with probably not the best insulation and it’s kept up very well. I plan on calling them again when it’s time to upgrade my system at home.
