I was vacationing in Oregon and needed refills for my prescriptions. The pharmacist was attentive and very helpful. I really appreciate the friendly staff. Thank you!

The pharmacist left the line to grow to 10+ people over 20+ minutes without helping a single one. In the dozen times I have visited this pharmacy, she has never prioritized helping a customer over going back to her computer and ignoring me and others waiting. Another day, she walked away as I walked up, and when I said hello, completely ignored me and sat at her computer for a few minutes.
This pharmacy is also quite inconveniently located deep inside Target. Even though it’s the only CVS around, it is NOT WORTH IT unless you genuinely don’t mind spending 5-40 minutes waiting around even when people are working there EVERY SINGLE TIME

Med was ordered yesterday. Waited 15 minutes for the only employee working only to be told they might be able to get around to it after lunch. This is the definition of piss poor. Avoid this place at all costs.

Prescriptions are never ready when they say. Customer service is terrible. Communication is terrible. Poorly staffed.

The review is to CVS and not the SINGLE employee that is working the counter. The only pharmacist working is friendly and hustling. Due to being consistently understaffed, prescriptions are lost/delayed or out of stock. The phones do not get answered and voicemails are not returned. CVS chat bot suggestions are to call the store which is pointless. It's been 6 days and I still have not received my prescription (lost orders, called in 2x from DR). If possible - utilize another pharmacy to save yourself the headache.

Nothing has changed. They sent a survey and I did it... I don't think they read their survey... If they did they would see that staffing is still an issue.
CVS is not staffing this location appropriately. The pharmacist was the pharmacist, tech, cashier and phone person.

Went to Walgreens for two decades, insurance had switched our preferred Rx provider to CVS, since then I have never had to deal with so much incompetence with something just as simple as picking up an Rx... If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would.

There are some staff that are truly really working hard despite being short staffed. I want to acknowledge that. But CVS is short staffing their pharmacy and it’s really bad turn around time. I’d say on average I’m waiting 15+ minute to pick up:/

Why does the automated voice system make it impossible to speak to a human? Are you short staffed? Then hire more people, pay them better wages, treat them better and stop being a profit mongering monster. CVS is terrible at every single location I've been to, including in multiple states. I can't tell you how angering it is when I have a 30 second question that is easy for a pharmacist to answer, and it's impossible to call them.

I received a text message that my prescription was ready to pick up. My car was in the shop so my friend offered to pick it up the next day. I looked online to see what time the pharmacy opens and it specified 9:00AM. My friend got there at 9:00, only to find out they did not open until 10:00AM.
I was so sorry that my friend had to wait an hour for the pharmacy to open.

This is the worst pharmacy in the entire world!!!! I They will answer and hang up on you because they don’t want to answer the phone. I called today at 5:30 pm and sat on hold for an hour only to be hung up on then called back and sat on hold for another 30 minutes until they closed and never got through! This has happened several times in the past 2 years. My insurance forces me to use cvs and they are the closest one so I have no choice. I have complained to their corporate customer service dept multiple times and clearly nothing is done. It really seems these workers are LAZY and don’t care about people’s livelihood and wellbeing. Last time I was in the pharmacy the girl at the register sprawled herself on the counter with her head down while I was paying. She kept complaining she was ready to go home and was tired. Ewww! Do your job people!! I hate this pharmacy!!! I will continue to make corporate complaints and I highly suggest others do as well! I have started getting everyone’s names and calling them out specifically in my complaints so someone can be held accountable!

After having searched 6 stores for a particular item, I found it here! And the gentleman who was cashier found a way to give me a discount! And I got a membership card that will ensure further discounts in the future!!!

Quick in and quick out. Just unhappy it is inside Target. The parking is horrible.
