Each person who dealt with us was kind and helpful, from the check-in folks to the person who took vitals and background info, the x-ray tech, the person who gave a shot, and P-A Taylor. “Incredibly easy to schedule a same-day or next-day appointment online. Providers are invariably efficient and helpful. They often have the medications they prescribe on hand, sparing a trip to the pharmacy. Over the years I've gotten everything from chest x-rays to physical therapy referrals from ZoomCare, and I have yet to have a bad experience.”
“Dr. Kamen is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had no joke. She answered every single one of my questions that I had and really took time to understand my problems. So much of the tests I wanted to do in the past were never done because my doctors simply just didn’t want to do it or said that this test doesn’t exist when it did. Dr. Kamen actually recommended these tests without me having to ask. Like a candida test which I wanted to do for a while now. I feel like I’m going onto the right step of figuring out my stomach problems and the root cause.”

“We found One Medical by chance, and so far, we are pleased with our experience and health services. They have offices all over and are growing, and this location is within walking distance from us. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the current Doctor is thoughtful and experienced, and the place is inviting, relaxing, and clean. Finally, while not perfect, what they are doing with their mobile and web apps is revolutionary and desperately needed to connect patients to care and billing services.”

“Had to go for a respiratory issue. Was able to book an appointment online on a Sunday, and get an appointment in under an hour. Everything was seamless online including intake forms. When I showed up at my appointment time, I waited under five minutes, and the waiting room was not packed and was clean, bright and seating well spaced apart. From the time I walked in to the time I was seen, diagnosed, and got medication was about 15 minutes.
PA Valerie was kind, easy to talk to and efficient. If I didn’t need a cough syrup, I wouldn’t have even have had to go to a pharmacy, as they have some non-controlled medications on site. The space was modern, clean, and it was potentially the easiest and best experience I’ve had at any medical facility.”

“so I came into the hospital after a long long day in pain. The ER was packed full of people. When I say the staff was so amazing! Like I never never really enjoy coming to The ER. They made me feel so comfortable seriously and just made me feel like they really care about what's going on with me. Mallory one of the nurse at the hospital is definition of what a ER nurse should be! I mean slammed with people but still a smile on her face I just truly was blown away. Just want to give her a big big shout out and the night crew!! For sure the best!!!! Thank you so so so much! I don't think they understand how much just them being kind goes a long long ways”

“This is my first time really using my insurance. I just hate going to the doctor! I came here and was scheduled to see Dr E. KEITH. She has been absolutely phenomenal and I have since made waitlist requests just to see her. Today I found out she's leaving and I am devastated!!! I specifically want to give Sarah a shout-out for making me feel truly cared for this morning after getting my covid results back. She was so kind and helpful and really made my whole day. She also helped me immediately for my asthma since my methods weren't working. I was given a new type of inhaler which she said made all the difference for her when she was sick. She also made me feel like she truly cared when she told me to message the portal to let her know I was okay later. It's people like her who deserve a raise, or at the very least some recognition.
