I had a really hard time figuring out an account issue with corporate Fed Ex and Kyle, the manager at this location, was invaluable at figuring out the issue for me and was advocating for me over the phone. I really appreciated his help and he worked on resolving my issue far better than anyone from the call center did! Thank you! Very professional MOD, handled a hard situation with patience!
