Stopped in today before lunch. Mary (older lady, assistant manager) is not very Merry… very cold, unfriendly and had a VERY poor attitude when talking to the other employees. She was not afraid to hide her emotions of being angry, overwhelmed, annoyed, whichever it was. I don’t know anybody who would want to be talked to the way Mary talked to the other employees. Rodney helped me, thankfully he had a great attitude and was very polite and helpful. The younger gentleman seemed very polite, professional and had a good attitude as well.

Firstly, I would give them 0 stars if I could. They don't warn you on their website or when you walk in that it can take 20+ minutes to get a retrieval code for printing forms before you can print them. And that's assuming their system will actually allow you to print your pdf file once you get the code. Apparently not all PDFs are compatible with their system. When trying to get help from the staff, they are rude and their tone/attitude says they truly could not care less that their system doesn't work. Save yourself stress, wasted time, and possible failure and just go somewhere else. This place is terrible. There's a UPS store right across the street.

Stopped in to mail package last Thursday. “Cannot scan, our system is down”. Stopped back in today, 4 days later. “Cannot scan our system just went down”. Off to UPS, permanently.

A representative by the name of Miriam refused to help me with my package made me do it automated and treated me as if I was a child. Here Let me show you how to do it for when we're busy. You don't have to bother us. I guess customer service these days is just completely gone, Miriam, Just for your information soon with your automated stuff you will not have a job. I'm really confused on the direction we're headed, especially when there's just zero customer service. Zero human experience anymore and just to top it all off she even laughed at me as I was leaving the store.

The girls there were soo helpful and kind. I’m not sure what other people are saying about them being rude. But absolutely not rude at all. They were joking and they were so kind to help me with my Manual something Office Depot said they couldn’t do. Definitely going back!

If I could give them negative stars I would. Don’t waste your time here. Staff is rude, condescending and liars. They literally were just making up rules as they went. I did exactly as they asked of me, returned to the store and then someone else made up a new rule so again I have to return for a third time to simply ship a package. It’s all so ridiculous and silly and unnecessary. They literally just care about you purchasing things directly from them. They will do anything except send out your package. I have NEVER had this many problems sending out a package that already has a label literally just needs to be dropped off. What a joke!

Amazing came in for help. Received our Ultra Sound special paper on the print out. Informed could not hot laminate and gave great ideas on how to handle it. Made copy’s for us great

This fed ex is great. I’ve been to a bunch around portland and this is the best one. I come into this branch once or twice a month to pick up printings and the staff is friendly and I’m always in and out. 5 stars for me.

The staff here is great. Ihad a simple question the automated system couldn't deal with. I finally got a person I could hardly understand who didn't know. 4 departments later I was given the wrong information. If my company wasn't paying for this I would never use this company 😞

Been ordering a monthly order to be picked up at this location for a long time now. Usually there aren’t much issues, but today really irritated me. My FedEx app showed my order arrived a couple days ago, so I went to pick it up while running errands today. The lady said she couldn’t find my order despite me giving her my ID and last 4 digits of the tracking number. I told her it should be a medium sized box with big words of on the outside.
She still couldn’t find it and then had me write the full tracking number on paper (and I wrote it big, clean and clearly) and even so, she still couldn’t find it and tried feeding me some BS that she couldn’t pull any info on the FEDEX TRACKING NUMBER and I’m probably looking at the wrong place and it might’ve been at a Walgreens. I KNOW where I selected my pickup location as I have done this for OVER a year or two by now EXACTLY the same way and EXACTLY the same place! It even showed that location’s address as the pickup place on the FEDEX APP that I showed to her face!
The manager then stepped in to help and literally found the package within seconds on the top shelf where the packages were at! Lady (and her coworker that helped look) must’ve been blind or didn’t want to thoroughly check everywhere, especially if it’s literally “over their heads”.
Instead, she was just gonna make stuff up like she couldn’t find the tracking number (which she probably mistyped herself), or the tracking number I gave her was the order number from the and not a FedEx Tracking Number (even though I showed her straight from the FEDEX APP) or try telling me to run all the way to Walgreens to check (despite the app LITERALLY showed it was sent to THEIR location’s address!).
What’s even funnier was that it literally took the manager seconds to find it and the box was exactly how I described it to the lady that it was medium sized with big letters of the on it. Funny how it’s like I knew exactly what I was talking about and she as a worker there was absolutely clueless! Also kept mispronouncing the even I said it to her like 3 to 4 times! She not only probably mistyped the tracking number that I wrote CLEARLY, she was probably looking for her wrong company name she kept thinking in her head rather than the name I told her 3-4 times and also showed her via the FedEx App for visual reference.
All in all, I was there for a quick, simple pickup and instead it turned into a lengthy, frustrating, time wasting experience that could’ve wasted even more of my time had I wrongfully headed to Walgreens as she suggested to check for my package! The only reason I didn’t give this review a 1 star was the fact that the manager at least knew what HE was doing and literally found it right away.
