Gretchen is the absolute best! She's always super friendly, way helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we get our prescriptions whenever there's any complications. I'm always extremely happy when she answers the phone or helps us atthe counter!

This is the worst Fred's in the region. If their inventory wasn't duplicated they would only fill their shelves half way. And they put out old and damaged foods that should be marked as breakage. RE image; I bought these cans of chili this week. Both these cans were rusted and failed to retain their seal, that could kill someone. FDA needs to fine and prosecute the managing staff at this store. The community deserves better.

I’d give a negative review if I could. I called because my S/o needs his prescriptions from two different doctors asap. When I called, I stressed that it’s important that he gets it as soon as possible, and that I know the doctors had sent the prescriptions. I was met with blatant rude attitude and they offered no help. And the first time I had called, they had deliberately hung up on me. Not impressed.

Has FRIENDLY the staff is here I've had not such good luck. AGAIN let me say how super friendly and polite the all the staff is including the pharmacist. The challenge when dealing with this particular pharmacy is probably more of a upper management, technical issue. I've elected to utilize the automatic phone service, it's when the text me a message saying when my prescription is ready for pick-up. On several occasions I've been notified my order is ready for pick-up on to arrive there 1-3 days later (just to give them EXTRA time) only to be told they're out of the medication? WHY DOESNT SOMEONE NOTIFY ME OF THEM BEING OUT OF MEDICATION? that way I can arrange something else. Some medications ppl take are needed everyday. I've started calling EVERYTIME prior to going. And the other thing is similar to the first challenge?a d that is simply getting my medication on time. It was a normal occurrence to arrive only to hear "okay its not ready yet, give us 15-20 minutes" this?is particularly a pain in the backside when on a TIGHT schedule or worse during winter driving conditions!

The pharmacist and techs are always kind and helpful, even when the pharmacy is really busy. They take the time to answer questions and are quite knowledgeable.

All of my prescriptions should be filled same day but I continually never get them all then I get a message saying there’s a charge when all mine are covered. The mean lady that answers the phone is Erin. Call corporate and complain call store manager too. It’s lasted “the good” behavior for about five months but now it’s back to being slammed on hold and not even spoken to or asked to hold. This pharmacy has no ethics or morals. They think they know all that are disabled but they do not so get ready your in for the ride of your life. Will be changing is they say their out of a medication one more time requiring me to drive back into Portland to get medication.

Fred Meyer cool but this driver nearly hit me trying bob and weave threw traffic might want give him a co pilot or some training before they take out people on the road..had to dodge like ten feet of his trailer cause he wasn't paying attention ummm here the vechile+driver you guys didn't have email for the delivery portion so figured leave on yelp have a good one

Competent, friendly and accommodating. Very nice staff, kind and patient. Usually it's just one or two people there and very few customers.

This place needs some serious customer service training. The pharmacy staff is so rude and they could care less to help anyone!
