Superbly unhelpful staff. Had to essentially grab an employee by the shoulders and shake them to get them to acknowledge my existence.

Download the app, register your Fred Meyer card. Then keep an eye out for weekly specials and digital coupons before you arrive.

Freddy's has become a horrible place to shop. Everything is so ridiculously expensive. The most disgusting thing about our last visit was, my wife went inside to grab a carton of milk, some eggs, some Splenda, and I guess she grabbed a watermelon. She did the self-checkout and I guess she pre-bagged her stuff to save time and was immediately reprimanded, and I mean reprimanded and scolded about trying to steal the groceries. Can you believe it? People grab grocery carts of stuff and just walk out the front door. My wife explained she was just trying to save time but yet that was not good enough for the employee. Fred Meyers used to be the number one place to go for anything! I avoid it like the plague now.

Lots of items are out of stock. Bare shelves were everywhere. Check out clerk very rude, acted like he wanted out of there. Digital coupon did notere work. Clerk said there was nothing hw could do. I had to go to customer service. The lady there said she couldn't help me either, even though I showed her the coupon! She just said their system is not good! I have been a Fred Meyer shopper for years and am getting very tired of their service, or lack of it!

Poor management. Ask how many girls have reported their manager Harvey for making them uncomfortable and trying to hang out with them outside of work.

This location, continuously selects rotting produce to put in customers pick up orders. It happens every single time, I stopped using this location for picking up any type of produce for a long time. I needed cilantro this time and really thought I’d at least get a bunch that was half usable, but the bunch that they selected was visibly molding and looked like it had been sitting in the produce bag , Leaking juices into the bag for days. The store manager should really get his employees trained on how to select items for customers. I’ve also Items with damage packaging. It seems like they’re trained to pick the products to put in the pick up orders.

As a blue collar, hard-working American citizen, I will no longer be spending my hard-earned paycheck at any Fred Meyer store. Today, July 1, 2024 four (4) semi-trucks, hauling commodities to Fred Meyer and other American stores were forced to vacate the property at the 82nd Street Fred Meyer location in Clackamas for no reason other than an Executive Director wanted to flex their power. Our hard-working, American truck drivers miss countless family celebrations and time with their friends and family to deliver the goods that we all use on a daily basis to stores all over this country. The drivers go without the conveniences of home and it’s amenities to deliver these products to a location we all can access. Occasionally they encounter wait time between loads. On those occasions it is necessary for them to stay with their trucks while awaiting their next load. It was just this situation this afternoon which caused said above trucks to be forced to leave a sparsely populated parking lot at the above location so that someone with a little power and possibly possessing a bad mood, could flex their powers. There was abundant parking in this location and the trucks had taken care to be as out-of-way as a semi-truck and trailer can be. For absolutely no reason other than meanness they were chased off by an employee under said Executive Director’s orders. Shame on Fred Meyer for being so shallow and mean. If our American Truck Drivers are not welcome to take a well-deserved break in your parking lot, I will not and I encourage other hard-working Americans to not park in your parking lot, nor spend our money in your stores!!

I just found that someone in your store, possibly a manager, heard my friend tell his daughter that a bathing suit was overpriced, but that they would buy it anyway... a worker (maybe a supervisor or manager) heard this and told the cashier to deny the purchase when they were checking out... my friend may look like an angry skinhead, but he's just short and bald, having relationship problems and a little bit irritable. He doesnt make racist remarks himself... racist or classist issues of your employees should not preclude someone from buying their daughter a swimsuit, no matter how fidgety he looks... this doesn't breed brand loyalty.
