I had an extremely bad experience with Landmark Ford (where I purchased my F150 when new) service and brought my F150 to Honest-1. For the past 2 years they have been honest as the name indicates which is really important to me. They have done major and minor repairs to my truck and always been forthcoming, timely, friendly and informative. I encourage anyone in need to patronize their service centers.

I've been going here since about 2009/2010 and they've always delivered on service. Mike and Trevor are both great to work with. They've answered all questions and have done great at taken care of all of our needs over the past decade and a half now.

Dad had engine replaced in his truck. They have preformed several services on our Camaro, Z4 and Chrysler 300C. They offer payment plans as well. They have done good work and backed it up too.

We decided to give this company a shot with brakes on our Jeep. Their communication was great! Not their fault but the Jeep ended needing more work than we were expecting. Mark and the manager Mike both felt our pain of a fairly large jump in the bill and helped us out tremendously. They were transparent and I will definitely be back. Hopefully not anytime soon. Thank you guys!

This place was anything but honest. they prey on the elderly and take advantage of people and over charge for their work by alot. I got quoted $2,200 for their time, labor and parts for a job that I did myself in a hour and a half with minimal hand crank tools. The parts were only $150 so how they came up with $2,200 I dont know. The most concerning part was this place was filled with the elderly. This place is a joke and a rip-off avoid at all cost.

My first visit here and loved it! Very welcoming and friendly. They did my oil change and did not try to sell me on other items that were not needed, like most places try to do. I will be bringing my cars back for sure!

When my car's in the shop, I'm normally freaked out and stressed but they did a great job keeping things informative/understandable for me. The customer service was straightforward and lighthearted, plus they did no up-selling which was a relief. They did a great job and I'll definitely go back again since their oil changes are cheaper than Valvoline.
