I have been very happy with Honest-1..
They are open Saturdays. Which is very convenient for me. I have called other shops and they are closed on Saturdays.
They have loaned me a rental car any time I needed one. They may not be the best cars. But it helps out the pocket book not having to mess around with a rental.
I have called them last minute for an oil change. They say they can get it done. If I drop off my vehicle. They text or call me when it is done..
They no my name when I walk through the door. They are very courteous and nice..We kid around with each other..
They are willing to work on my 1979 Chevrolet G10 Van. That other Mechanics call a project. And refuse to work on it. Or just let my Van sit on their lot until I finally come pick it up..
They work on my 2016 Jeep Compass also. My Jeep has high mileage and is slowly getting costly..but It is cheaper to have them fix it. Rather than get deep in payments on a newer vehicle..
I have read other people's negative comments..they can go somewhere else and be charged even more money. And have to take time off work to get your vehicle fixed..because they are not open on Saturday. And want to stop seeing people after 4:30 pm.
If you run a mechanic shop you need to be open on Saturday. And accommodate people later than 4:30..
Also good luck getting a loaner car..
I am very happy to have a mechanic shop a mile from my house that cares about their customers..

The team and facility is easy to like. They are very upfront with repair detail, time and cost. I had miss diagnosed the cause to a growl noise in the front differential. I replaced my left front drive axle but the noise was still there. H1 determined it was the front differential and suggested replacing with a used warrantied doner, new seal and the drive shaft I installed. I later discovered the new seal was leaking. Took back and it was suggested the drive shaft I installed could be the problem. H1 replaced with a new driveshaft they ordered from NAPA and new seal. I discovered the seal was leaking again later and contacted H1. Took back and Shop manager Mike recommended an OE seal be used. Replacement was done very timely and warrantied at no cost. I have driven the vehicle for several weeks now and no leak. Yay!! Thank you Mike, your OE part solved the problem.
I still have faith in the team at Honest 1 (Mike, Trevor, Mark and Technicians) and will use them in the future.

If you don’t know about cars and want to over pay go here they will take advantage on you and will over charge you on everything and try to talk down once you catch on . Will Highly recommend you take your car else where .

Honest 1 helped diagnose a couple things the Dealership couldn't. I purchased a multi oil change pack making oil changes and service a great price. Mike who usually runs the front desk is great to work with. I've been very happy with their service.

I have been going to this location for over 10 years and I won't take my car anywhere else. They are never pushy but price out what looks like might need to be done in the future. They let me leave my car there to get the oil change done when they can. It is helpful because I do IV medication and don't drive when doing them for 72 hours.
The last time I picked up my car from leaving it for an oil change, it died on my way home. I called and Mike said he couldn't send out anyone to look at it due a workers comp issue. No one can work off site, workers comp won't cover them if they are hurt. So I had my car towed back there and Mike was there to help me out. We found out that the gas was empty but my gas gage said it was half full when I left. So somehow the gas gage isn't working right and that my battery was 10 years old. I got a new battery and an estimate on how much it would cost to fix the gas tank stuff. But as long as I keep the above half full, I should be fine.
I have never had a problem with them and as I said before I won't take my car anywhere else.

I needed two things check engine light and oil change appointment was easy to make on the phine and I chose to sit and wait able to work dur to comfortable computer area space with lots of outlets and charging cords

I have gone to this location for years. They have always done a wonderful job! Never had any issues with the services. They never upsell me and give me real information about the status of my car. I will continue to visit this location specifically as they have always been straighforward and helpful!
