I’ve been taking my vehicles to John for over 20 yrs. I’ve recommended him to numerous friends and acquaintances, not only for his prices and work, but also because he’s a super nice guy!Regarding the 1 star review that was left: John has never had a woman at the front desk so the reviewer must be thinking of someplace else.

My last mechanic I 100% trusted retired about 10 years ago. Looking for a trustworthy shop is not fun. I eventually went here and was/am blown away by them. There is ZERO pressure to get more work done than what you came in for. Cindy, the manager, is AMAZING! If you NEED other work than what you brought your car in for, she will explain it with empathy, just to make sure you are aware of it. There is no ""IF YOU DON'T FIX THIS NOW, YOU'RE CAR CAN EXPLODE". I've been going there for years now and cannot tell you how happy I am to have found a shop that I can trust.Thank you Cindy and John's Automotive!

I had only been in Oregon for a few months and needed major work done on my vehicle. John came highly recommended and I am so thankful. He is fair, professional and sincerely cares. Even though he is so busy (because he's so great) he always makes you feel like your the most important customer. Great to have a mechanic you can trust!!!

A friend told me about this place and I now owe that friend many beers. Top notch work for great prices. My car is running the best it has in years and I didnt have to pay a nightmare amount for it. It's nice to trust a mechanic. Takes pressure off going in when the check engine light comes on. I dont see myself going anywhere else and will make sure my friends and family check him out as well.

If I could give them a negative number I would. The lady at the front desk was very RUDE!!! Came in for estimate, she thought I was selling something and told me to leave before I got a word out of my mouth. Obviously they don’t need or want the business. I strongly recommend take it to someone who wants your business.

No shop will ever lay a hand on my vehicles again, besides John's Automotive. My truck needed a warranty swap on an engine so I took it to John's. They got the old HEMI out and were waiting on the new one. I get the call the engine is on it's way over from the machine shop and the very next day the pandemic ramped up and lockdowns of certain businesses were starting. As a first responder my vehicle is vital. John and his team all came together to get my truck's new engine put in and in top shape within days so I could continue to serve our communities during this COVID-19 crisis. Not only did they get it done in three and a half days, John personally tested out my truck over the weekend to ensure everything was rock solid and let me tell you, everything is rock solid. It runs better than when I bought it. Thank you John and your team. I can't express enough how much I appreciate your reliable and attentive customer service. I know I was blowing up your phone and pestering you while stressing out about staying response ready during these crazy times. You always responded with professionalism and courtesy.
