Wait times can be short, sometimes under ten minutes during peak hours, and there is plenty of seating. The location is convenient by the front door. They offer helpful services like transferring prescriptions and provide amenities like water and crackers during longer waits. Over-the-counter medications are available at lower prices than other retail pharmacies.

I needed to get some prescriptions for my elderly father moved from a service back to Kaiser ASAP on a Saturday. Madison helped me with this and did an outstanding job in getting in taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about her help - wonderful. Thank you
