We came in for pre trip inspection everything was find until me and my girlfriend notice the $50 we had in the car was missing. I've never had any issues with les schwab before until now. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location

these Dont care about returning customers who paid their bill. so what if i had a few late payments i still made them. if you're financially struggling this place will make sure you stay there. this place also seems to like to censor reviews.

They are very good at double talk and upselling. If they spent time at pleasing the customer instead of not honoring their own contracts and guarantees they would be a better company. They should spend less time trying to be the top producing store. With that comes numerous mistakes on their part that they won’t fix.

Great service from Les Schwab as always. The manager Bob answered all my questions honestly and didn't try to upsell. They were very efficient at changing them out, and got a set of tires I'm very satisfied with.

I literally can’t say enough good things about these guys. We got a flat on our way to a wedding down in Eugene and it was too far to drive on the donut spare tire and Bob and Bri were seriously angels! We called ahead and explained our emergency and they were waiting for us when we arrived and they got us out in RECORD TIME!! Bob helped save us money and worked crazy quick they were literally running!! And Bri even ran me an extension cord so I could curl my hair for the wedding while we waited. Honestly I’ve never experienced customer service where they cared so much like that in my life. If I could give a million stars I would!

What a great experience my boyfriend and I had here at Les Schwab!! Our tire started going flat called and made an appointment immediately. As soon as we pulled up to the store we were greeted by someone asking us what our problem was. We then told them we had an appointment and they pulled us in right away. We get into the lobby and it is so clean, and have the tires displayed very nicely. I walk over to the restroom and it was so clean! It also somewhere for me to put my bag, which I appreciate. They also have two vending machines as well as complimentary popcorn and coffee. They then quoted us and put in our spare tire while we figured out what option we would do. Amazing!! 10/10

O was extremely confused I was told so many things about my tires so I decided to come here!! And man let me tell you the services was AMAZING. Ordered new wheels for my Audi, annd I wasn’t sure who to trust for installing. This team took care of me! They made sure the wheels fit prior to mounting my tires onto them, and even gave my current tires a nice shine when they finished. Highly recommend this shop for handling any wheel swaps!
