The owner here does phenomenal work. And does it in a timely manner at a very decent price. He's always friendly. I only go to this business for dry cleaning. Never had a bad thing to say about the service I had received here in nearly 7years.

Macy's referred me to Midway for alterations. John was incredibly kind and very pleasant. Alterations on my dress were completed sooner than expected and the price was reasonable! Very happy, I highly recommend Midway Cleaners!!!

My daughter in law needed a few last minute changes to her wedding dress on short notice for her September wedding! Midway Cleaners did a great job and was very friendly! I meant to do this review
a lot sooner but time’s just gone by so fast!
If you need any hemming done, they did an excellent job! They made sure her dress was pressed and ready to go! I’d trust them
with any dry cleaning or alterations in the future! Go check them out!

I just had 2 T-shirts shortened. Maybe 20 minutes of work and had to pay $50. I took a close look at them and the stitching is pulling out in 15 spots on both shirts . The thread they use is spider web thin . Absolutely a joke cause I could have cut tge shirts myself and used a $5 tube of fabric glue. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

So helpful!! They came to my rescue and squeezed me one evening with a dress press with an hour turn around. They seemed very invested in the service they provide and caring for the custom. 10/10

We’ve been going to Midway Cleaners for years and even had alterations. Never a problem until now. On Friday 02/16/2024 at around noon. My husband had a two piece suit and 1 pair of suit pants to be cleaned. The woman behind the counter was so rude complaining how the sleeves on the suit jacket were so dirty she doubted she could get them cleaned and said my husband waited too long to bring it in for cleaning. My husband said I’ll just take it somewhere else and she said yes take them somewhere else. We took them to another cleaner where the gentleman behind the counter was very nice and said he would be able to clean them. He said the suit wouldn’t look new but would be clean. So disappointed in Midway Cleaners. They have now lost a former dedicated customer. She could have kindly explained why she felt they couldn’t clean an item instead of rudely disrespecting a customer.

I just picked up a large load of 14 shirts and was charged $84. That’s $6 per shirt. This is a big increase that we weren’t told about and since the prices aren’t posted I had no way of knowing. The dry cleaner across the street is $3 per shirt and the quality and service are comparable. I’m going across the street from now on. If you go to midway you need to ask about the prices up front.

Friendly and efficient. Got my jeans hemmed for $18. It took a few days but I didn't mind. The store is like a time machine to the past.

I haven't used Midway for dry cleaning, but they did come in clutch with a quick alteration I needed. They hemmed my silk skirt quickly, in time for me to wear it in an interview. Thank you!

When I first met John, the owner of Midway Cleaners, he came across as rather gruff. . . But don't let that gruff exterior deter you. He cares deeply about his customers and in addition to excellent dry cleaning, before long, you feel connected. I've been going there for 7 years. His mother (age 96) did all the alterations until recently when she got COVID (she's still home recovering). She doesn't speak English, but calls you "cousin" when interacting (and John translating) and you can feel the love and see the sparkle in her eyes. John is tireless in keeping up with the dry cleaning and delivers what he promises.

Disorganized and unreliable. Arrived to pick up on my scheduled pick up day. "It's not ready yet, needs to wash again. We will call you when it's ready in day or two." A week passes, no call. I then call them to see if my garment is ready. "Oh, no one called you? It's been ready long ago". High prices and low service. Won't be back.
