My father-in-law had recently passed away in Vancouver , WA. My husband and I had to get furniture moved from the apartment and relocated to Oregon City, OR. I called My Dependable Movers on a Friday. I needed them the next day. They rearrange their schedule and arrived at my father-in-law‘s apartment at the appointed 9am. They were fabulous! They wrapped everything, and protected everything, and they were so professional. I am extremely grateful for the care and concern they gave to our furniture. Jodi G.

I had arranged for a mover but they never showed up. I was frantic to find help on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of a heat wave. These guys showed up, powered through in near triple digit weather, and were friendly, professional, and frankly a joy to spend what had every right to be a horrible day with. I cannot recommend these folks enough. With the weather and the very short notice, their cost was surprisingly reasonable, too. Thank you so much for being there for me today!

He declined to even consider taking the job. He didn't want to wear a mask (what he called a "face diaper") to move my mom into her apartment in an assisted living facility.

The guy who answers the phone (could be the owner?) is quite possibly the least professional person I have ever dealt with as a customer. My Dependable Movers was the first business I called for a quote for a quick unloading job. Getting the quote was fine, and since they had a minimum hire time that was a fair bit longer than I needed, I thanked him and let him know I was going to call a couple other movers for quotes as well before deciding who to hire. The guy abruptly had a complete meltdown, yelled at me that I was wasting his time and he is glad I decided to check with other movings so I would ruin their day instead of his, all while dropping an impressive assortment of four-letter words. He then hung up the phone on me, and that was the end of that. I can't speak to the quality of the actual movers since I didn't get that far in the process, but getting screamed at by a petulant man-baby when just calling for was more than enough to cement my opinion of the whole operation. From looking at the experiences of other reviewers, I am far from the only one who was on the receiving end of this sort of behavior when calling.

100% recommend My Dependable Movers! These guys bailed us out when the moving company we hired originally no showed on us. They were able to do our move same day, the Friday before the Fourth of July, and got the whole thing done in three hours. We were so impressed with how quickly and efficiently they worked, and the level of care they had in the way they treated our stuff. We will absolutely be recommending them to others!

Hired for a move and informed that I had a gun safe and it was in the garage, just needed to be placed in the storage container. The two guys showed up over 45 minutes late with NO call/text/or other notice and when they did arrive, they stated they don't do safes "at that price" and tried to charge me a premium. I stated I already agreed to a price with the owner on the phone and they just up and left.

I was looking for a moving service who would be able to move a concrete countertop I made in my garage to my outdoor patio. I was very concerned about the slab cracking or breaking since it weighed well over 300 lbs. They came in, reviewed the situation, took their time and moved the slab with no issues. I was extremely impressed with the quality and care they took in moving the concrete from my garage to the patio. I would recommend their service to anyone who has a moving project. Not only do I give them a 5 star rating for quality I give them a 5 star rating on price. You normally give up one for the other, but in this case there was no to compromise.

Sooooo, I’ve had nothing but bad luck with movers and I’m sure most people reading this can agree - they tend to be a different breed of dude (and i mean that in the most professional and non-judgemental way). Anyway, a car full of oversized guys pulls up to my place and I immediately thought, here we go... way wrong. All 4 of them were extremely professional, concerned with my belongings and OVER communicated with me the entire time. Nothing broken, no Sheetrock issues, and they staged all my furniture where I wanted it. Peter was amazing and put all my stuff together even though I didn’t ask and John (the boss) was a bit firm, but very professional and made sure everything went perfectly! Thanks my dependable movers!!!!! I’ll definitely keep you in my contacts list and call when I or any of my friends or family members need something moved!

Jason and Robert were incredible! They showed up to my place early and cleared my entire moving truck out in 1 hour and 15 minutes.They were really nice and professional and even gave me some local suggestions for finding great thrift stores and fishing spots.Jonathan was my initial point of contact and it took one phone call and a text to set everything up so last minute. One local moving company was booked up and another company wanted to charge me $1,000... My Dependable Movers only cost me $200.I would definitely use them again. Seriously, incredible service.Thanks again, guys. Y’all saved me and I don’t just mean money.
