Just wanted to give a shout out for Sage at Northwest Storage . She was so very helpful when we needed her, we found that we need a second unit and she was so helpful, She put us into one . She is very supportive and understanding, She is a great asset to this company and should be recognized as such . Sage Thank you for being a great person

I would not put my stuff here again they keep jacking the rent up on you. My rent went from 160 a month to 330 in just a few months. I had to move my stuff to another place within the complex to get a lower rate. They will probably start jacking that one up too but at least I saved 300 dollars for now.

I was very unhappy with my previous storage facility as they continually raised rent for my 10 x 10 unit. They had also permanently closed my easy access door and I had to access my unit from a different floor and down an elevator! My daughter told me about this place and I'm thrilled as it's less than a third of the cost. I moved all my things in the last 2 days and am a very happy customer.
Sage made it a very easy process to get set up!

Sage is awesome! She is friendly, professional, incredibly helpful. After signing up for a unit online, she called me promptly and set up a time to check in to my unit. She explained the contract clearly and we finished the rental efficiently and without a hitch!

I have been here now for a year and Sage has gone the extra mile for me with bill pay reminders and holding my storage keys so i dont loose them she is helpful and he patience is saintly she has never once behaved put out by my problems and has always treated me with respect and her courtesy and cooperation is why i made this review i really apreciate her attitude toward me as a c ustomer of NW Storage thanks SAGE
