I can’t say enough nice things about Sage! She is extremely helpful, both in-person and on the phone. She’s knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. It’s obvious she takes her job seriously. I’m always happy to speak with her!

The employees here are awesome, super friendly and always here to help, but the HR main rate setters are insane, Rate spike after 1st month 30%. Didn't believe the old man that was moving out when I was moving in, but ended up being true, definitely a trap rate setter from the beginning. This is true across all of the "Northwest Self Storages". Stowaway in troutdale is way better for rates just too far

I've, been a customer here at northwest storage on hwy 212 for a while now,and I want to give a big shout out to "SAGE" I can appreciate someone that works just as hard as me.she is the most attentive,helpful ,and kind person you will ever want to be so blessed to have met,I truly am very blessed to have met her.thanks sage for all that you do .

Northwest self storage off of 212 in Clackamas, Oregon is amazing. The manager is very friendly and has worked with me when times have been tough. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family if they're in need of a storage unit for their storage needs.. sincerely, Julie McDowell

I want to let people know that there is not a better more efficient worker than,"SAGE" I have had several storage lockers in the Portland metro area and by far this one is exceeds the best quality it's the cleanest that I have ever rented from.I have been meaning to right this letter for some time now but I just want anybody to know if they want good service friendly people this is a place to rent and sage absolutely goes above and beyond her job duties and I want to thank her personally thank you sage you've been a blessing.

I have rented a storage unit here for many years. Finally, I absolutely love the property manager, Sage. She is professional. She is super helpful, always. And she is always available. She answers the phone. She's here when I come into the office. It was never like that until Sage showed up. Thank you so much for everything!!!

I was really pleased with this facility. The staff was great and bent over backwards working with me. I would absolutely rent a unit from this facility again.
