Terrible service. I walk in with a 3 month old, ask an associate if I can return stuff without an ID. Get told yes. Get to the front, get told I need an ID. A manager comes and restates I need an ID. Ask my husband to come inside with our 3 year old, he does, gives the girl the ID. Now I’m told i still can’t do the return. I tell the manager that it would’ve been nice to know up front instead of having to make my two young children wait for over 1/2 an hour. Mind you I stood in line twice. In the end the manager looks at me and with an attitude and says “I’m sorry you had to wait” I left with about $200 worth of merchandise that I can’t use because it doesn’t fit my kid. They were so rude and less than understanding about what life is like for a 3 month old
Update: went to the Gresham location. Not only is it cleaner and more well kept. Their GM went above and beyond with customer service AND was able to process my return!

Took my eldest Granddaughter there. Said she hadn't been to an Old Navy in years. She found a few items, as did I. After Veteran's Day discounts and % off our total of $108. became a total of $46. I really didn't expect it to be so low. Awesome!

Easily found the jeans I needed, for a fair price. Staff is very helpful. It's encouraging to go into a store and feel reasonably confident I'll walk out with what I was looking for.
